Not sure why everyone thinks Bird would be a good Fullback. Isaako is a fullback that plays on the wing. We saw in the trial when he was shifted their the whole Broncos demeanour just changed. I can't see anyone other than Isaako moving there which would result in boyd straight swap to the wing.

Also hear Niko is on his last legs. Dearden pretty much has that spot next week unless niko pulls something real good out tomorrow.

If it's to wing swapping for Isaako then Isaako would become a pretty interesting fantasy proposition. Though he hasn't been at his best this year so far.

Thanks chaps, sometime you need a nudge to help remember that a cow is a cow and anything on top of the $ is a bonus.

On another note the proliferation of season destroying injuries on PODs (James, Friend) means we are all going to have exactly the same teams sooner rather than later

Probably about 80K too expensive for me and when most teams already have CNK, Teddy, Ponga who are all averaging above 45 I dont see much purpose for him. Would be good for Broncos IRL though; however, I don't see Boyd doing much on the wing.

Couldn't agree more. It's why I have been so loathe to sell Vaughan despite his up and down scoring.

Good thought. At about 400k he'd be affordable, with a reasonably ok ceiling. But he does drop the occasional high ball - pretty nervous-making as an owner.

Yeah has to be Isaako going to FB.

The swap may just jolt him into form.

Anyway, it might be wishful thinking at this stage, but I really hope it happens soon.

From memory Isaako scored better at FB last year.

It'll suck when they win this week and Seibold decides to stick with him at FB for anotehr 3 weeks.

It's true that FB is pretty well covered this year. Early price drops for Ponga and Teddy have led to people getting elite back threes together sooner than usual as well.

Hookers currently in their top 30 other than Friend

    Craig Garvey
Victor Radley... kinda (funny he is listed as a Hooker on the Roosters site and not a Lock)
    Sam Verrills

    I think Garvey got released

Shoulder injuries apparently, found this, from the end of March:

"Craig Garvey posted on Instagram today he is taking the year off to allow his body to recover from injury, wishing the Roosters and Bears all the best"

Surely Seibold can see Isakko adds more punch at FB than Boyd

Broncos were struggling against the Titans earlier this year in the trial. Boyd went off and Isaako went to fullback. I think his first touch made a 70 metre break which Broncos scored off and turned the whole game around and i think Broncos ended up winning. The better teams that are at the top of the ladder have these fullbacks that have pace, size, TB abilities and look to threaten the line just about every run. Boyd does not do any of this anymore.

I must be one of the only people who things boyd hasn't been that bad at FB.

I just think the halves suck. Both of them.

Here ya go lads. Via NRL.com

Broncos coach Anthony Seibold has highlighted the importance of 19-year-old prop Payne Haas to the side after insisting he is now a must in the starting line-up.
Haas, who played 80 minutes against Canberra last week in his just his second game as a starter, will start against the Cronulla Sharks on Saturday night despite the return of Matt Lodge from injury and Tevita Pangai jnr from suspension.
Haas and Lodge will line up in the front-row and Pangai will start at lock. Joe Ofahengaue reverts to the bench alongside Kotoni Staggs, David Fifita and Thomas Flegler.
