Giving him benefit of the doubt this week. Could just as well come into the starting side before kick off, could also just as well score 45 off the bench. Will re-evaluate next week.

I’m getting rid of Garner or Capewell for cheapie and cash this week, but I’m pretty sure I’ll be tossing up between the two until kick off on Friday night. Would love some clear peace of mind on this. The thing I keep coming back to is that Capewell is probably the better option to play in my 17 this week so that makes Garner the one to go. I think?

As noted, though, if Garner is back in starting side next week I’ll wear a long sad face.

I haven't seen many signs of tackle breaking 2018 Arrow, can't see him getting the banner at this stage.
In can see Bateman getting a banner this year

I will probably hold both Capewell & Garner this week, though if one has to sell then I am more inclined towards Capewell.

Probably a good week to upgrade McCullough to CS9 if there are no other priorities.

For someone like me who’s been trying to get him in for a fortnight, it’s not so much any cash he makes, it’s that on his day he guns it.

    3 Round average of 55.
3 Round base stats average of 52.
    Priced at 40.

JS was the big issue, and that’s why I sold him when he got benched. But the 13 is his to lose. Every week the one player I hate watching that I don’t have is Burr.  That tells me I should still probably get him. He loves a tackle stat, last week I noticed he was just putting his hands on players as the 3rd or 4th man a couple of times.

Further to someone else’s question about benefit of not trading this week.

Is there merit to holding off on these trades this week.

    Morgan > arey
    Lawrie > Waddell

Outside of Waddell, I don’t expect prices to change too much this week. So trades still possible next week. But, holding off saves trades for the week, gives me a chance to see Waddell role with afb back. Arey probably gets a season ender if I trade him in.

Will get massive fomo if I don’t trade in

I think it will be something similar to Lawrie last weekend: named on the bench but on the field after 20 minutes. I think Garner is expected to play at least 60 mins this weekend with McQueen going off in 20 mins for him and then subbing back on for one of the front rowers. You guys might think I'm crazy while reading this but I've got a pretty good feel at the game to know this is probably going to happen.

I've missed the boat on Burr and that's fine by me. If he was averaging 50 then sure I'd bring him in but otherwise there's always one player that's going to pass you by.

115k in the bank. i was thinking of

    Capewell to Dearden or Herbert?

    what do you guys think?
RTS over Ted because Ted has Origin, or you’d just straight out prefer RTS?

If you are set on doing it, maybe make the first trade to get the cash as you would want to do that anyway and Broncs play first.  Then wait till an hour before to get RTS. I understand you can Reverse trades mid round, but you risk the dreaded “You Cant Reverse These Trades Because...” message if RTS is a late scratching.

Who to play between Carty Party and CHT this week

Both with a very similar 3-round average - Carty with 45 (amazing in itself) and CHT with 44.3 but CHT has the better fixture this week, while Carty might have a few more MT v Cowboys, thinking CHT...

I think CHT might put in a pretty good 'Fuck you Kearney' performance on account of them signing Nikorima.

I didn’t notice his tackling so much in the preseason, but he was trying to Offload every play. People who didn’t get him probably didn’t due to his JS. And when you break it down, it’s almost a miracle he wasn’t the first gone when the Warriors troops came back.

I’m jittery watching Warriors games without him in my team.

I get that he's great to have in my team because I have him, but SK is a spud and Burr could go anywhere, his minutes anywhere, and he could easily average 35 for 3 games which would make him a sell for us owners. I love having him but that's because I started with him. I wouldn't be able to justify bringing him in as a midranger when you have someone like Waddell who at least plays 12 too.

In saying that, I expect Burr to average high 40s for me in the interim. I would have thought last week was the last week to get him (unless he pumps out 60s)

In short, do what you want lol!
