I wouldn't be bringing Mahoney back if you don't have Lolo/Taupau/Arey already. It doesn't matter which position they score you points in unless you are looking at having 17 players.
Can you do CHT>Deaden and Burr>Arey?
Hard to see the best option without seeing the full 21
Edit: Looks like you already have Arey but not Taupau/Lolo. If you have cash I'd go something like CHT>Dearden and Burr>Lolo. Might cost you 20k extra from waiting an extra week but you could bank 70 points this week with no McGuire
Fair point. Have 240k ITB and 460k with CHT>Dearden. Can easily do Burr to Lolo, Lawrie to Kapow next round with 100k left over. My concern is I expect most top teams to run into the bye with at least Arey/Lolo/Kapow/Mahoney. Lolo has a BE of 73, Taupau 54, Mahoney 32. I don't like the little bugger, he scored a 60 last week with a try and had to have a breather... but he seems pretty important

Soooo.... Kazakhstan is the world's largest uranium producer, but the Russkies buy from New Yorkers? Nah. Don't read the bullsh1t mate - "if it isn't on a major newspaper is isn't true" is a pretty good rule of thumb.
Think about League - we don't trust some rando's twitter feed for injury/form updates, but rely on the major sites. Avoid the conspiracies, they aren't healthy or worthwhile.

Is the big fella building up his match fitness?
Is Dessy just a hater?
Am i dreaming ?
I have had him since the start. The only potential upside I can see is that he has been carrying injuries most weeks.
The key difference this season is that last year when something would happen like AFB suspended, or down to 1 player on the bench that isn't injured, he was getting 60 minutes in those games, this season Des hasn't been giving him the extra minutes when they are available.

Journalism = the reporting of truth?
I think you are confusing journalist articles with scientific journals.
They aren't the same thing.

I wonder what his minutes were like under des in his last stint as coach at manly.mattnz wrote:

Eh, I've both been a journo and completed a phd, and to my mind they're more similar than otherwise. Not because they contain the absolute truth (they don't), but because they both occur in the presence of strong filters to remove very bad/silly/unproveable ideas (editors and reviewers).
Those filters are what make the SMH/NYT relatively reliable, just like with Cell/QJE/PNAS. Sure, absolute reliability doesn't exist, but that's the nature of reality. Good enough filters are good enough.

Unfortunately I don't find too many articles that are well informed anymore. Pieces that are of a critical nature seem to have disappeared, instead what we have is reporting of events, often with a bias which leads us to a very subjective and often irrelevant conclusion.
I find that reddit is probably the best source of news now days, that's probably due to the organic "peer review" system it has developed.
Online news sources are more interested in clicks or serving a political agenda from my experience. I'm sure that people like you started off with absolutely respectable and pure intentions, but end up being forced to compromise on your integrity to serve a more profitable purpose.

Fixed this up for you mate. I am judging by your pseudo-illiteracy that you hail from NSW. It's okay- we can just pretend it was a typo if you like...

I just wish I caught you before you changed your 'to' to a 'too'
I will always give someone the all clear when they pick up on it before being caught though. Totally vindicated

It's all on the internet my friend. Another fun fact was a ex secret service guy who worked in the Clinton White House & had left wrote a book & he said in the morning Hillary Clinton would look awful, tired, run down & half asleep but then she would go into her office & 5 minutes later would come out looking totally refreshed with heaps of energy so they all knew she just snorted the line.
Haha, I thought that might be the case!
BTW, you do know goole search algorithms are based on relevance not truth right? I've been a part of conversations with goole about the information their search engines return, they could care less if its truthful or not - so long as people keep coming back for more.

The greedy me wants to trade morgan for fainu\farah\lolo\taupau and run with Arey and deardon.
The logical me says to grab another half. Arey hasnt got the best injury track record.
Everyone still running a gun and rookie combo in the halves and waiting for DCE to come good?

Nah getting Arey this week and still have Morgan but will hopefully get rid of him next week/week after.
