Anyone got an opinion on Farah v Cleary/Milford v RTS. Trading out Morgan and already have ARey at HLF and Cook/Mahoney/Rein in HOK

Farah - 160k undervalued based on early season form (68 average without HIA) - Although boosted by attacking stats (which he is capable of) and impact of Liddle. Already have 3 hookers but hookers are usually the most reliable scorers

Cleary/Milford - Both averaging 50 in teams with poor form - could they improve??

RTS - Potentially not the time to get him but I feel with selling Sivo early I might need to make up with points earlier

I've initially gone for Farah but looking at next week when I do Bateman to Lolo I'd be leaving better players in EMG with Farah as opposed to HLFs/WFB

I may even punt and get both Young and Turpin this week.  Leaves around 700K to grab Tolo and ARey next week for Garner and Capewell.  Leaves my team pretty average this week though and really want to bank some trades.

How many trades are people looking to go into round 12 with?

Nah I definitely agree with not going this way. Only reason I might go Dearden is that I don't have halves cover

There is zero chance Farah is $160k undervalue in reality. Check out his scores last year. I agree with Rabbit, Farah is an old man, I think his scores, and potentially his minutes even, will taper off as the season goes on.

I'd be staying away from any Origin players right now. Will miss at least one more game, possibly more, than anyone else. Therefore Cleary for me would be a no. Even Milf could get a call up if there is an injury.

RTS was looking like a great pick up, but teams aren't giving him kick returns lately - just kicking the ball out. Its hurting RTS's scoring. Also, I think the Warriors are one or two losses away from completely capitulating this season. That means 2 or 3 more MT for RTS when he's the last line of defence when oppositions cross the try line. I'd avoid him for a bit too tbh.

I'd just grab Lolo this week - any reason to hold off?

Just being stingy and hoping he falls in price, because was going to do Bateman to Lolo next week whereas Farah at least has probably bottomed out in value. Taupau also falling in price and was looking at getting him as close to R12 as possible through Lawrie (who has a few more price rises in him)

Getting Lolo now is a good shout with McGuire out but I can't think with who I'd replace Bateman with next week if I got Lolo next week other than the above or possibly a sub-gun like Martin/JFH but realistically they'll probably need to be traded out again whereas possibly Farah and RTS may not

yeah man, I get where you are coming from.

To be honest, based on averages they both fall in price this week, although the fall will be marginal and therefor I dont see any reason to hold off on either if they are who you truly want. If you want them both then you, Farah this week Tolo next.

If it were me though, I'd go Tolo this week. Gut says he goes big.

I feel like I might be going crazy, but Im actually on board with Rabbit again, I think JFH is a decent pick up. Not many 80 minute locks going round right now, and if Kikau is back this week, it looks like he will have that job again this week.

In your shoes, I'd personally go Tolo and JFH over two weeks. Both 50+ scores, both play 12, and if either boys at least you can trade them to a round 16 playing keeper after 12.

Anyone wanting to buy R. Martin or CHN I would wait until the final team list is released. I know we all like juicy rumours & the rumour is that Martin, Lewis & Holland will be dropped. Elliott will come in for Martin, Foran for Lewis & CHN will play ctr & someone probably Ogden will come onto the bench. How Pay dropped Ogden for Sue in the first place is baffling since he's been 1 of their best forwards recently. Apparently this rumour is all over twitter.

Think I read Lewis staying in Sydney because his partner is having their first child. Mind you, if Foran and Cogger click he might not get back in.

Does Elliot moving off the bench help Tolman's minutes. Knew it was going to happen as soon as Napa returned but feels counter-intuitive removing him before R12 with other players that score similar missing R12 (and less if Tolman gets minutes he deserves).

    Pay really doesn't like Martin.

The only thing that doesn't make sense about that rumour is if both Holland & Martin are dropped then who would kick goals. I think dropping Holland makes sense because he's been playing shite footy lately & last week he he was rushing in defense leaving poor Okunbor looking like the idiot.

What's R Martin's contract details ? Looks prime for a move imo. Unless something considerable that justifies him being on the outer, should be elsewhere.

Maybe he should replace John Sutton next season.

Bennett is good with blokes who don't like training (if that is even true about Martin)

Yeah he is only signed on till 2019. An article on NRL.com last month indicated that he might not get a new contract at Bulldogs.

So it's a all England Liverpool v Spurs Champions league final.
Chelsea & Arsenal playing semi finals in the other European Cup (I think it's the Uefa Cup) so if they win through it will be an all England final in that comp as well.
That is an incredible achievement re the quality of the epl.

Trying to find a way to delay getting Young until later in the week but doesn't seem to wanna work for me. Can't afford to go straight Gillett > Arey I can do Bateman > Young on the day.
