Then grab Teddy and DCE and ride it home. But really feeling the pinch to grab a half now, or even Teddy and run Ponga at half. So who knows if I'll stick to any of that.

If I was in your position I would be trying for 14-15 for each bye round
There isn’t a whole lot of great options for round 12 but you could put some decent points on before burning trades to get the round 17 keepers

Well from that list I have 8 players pre trades.

Rein, Tolman, Kikau, ARey, CNK, Cartwright, Sivo, Whitbread.
Of those ARey could play Origin and Whitbread might not even be named. So 6 at worst case.

That still doesn't help my decisions.

I don’t think you can win this comp by playing cautiously and having a large number of trades for the run home. Most past winners have had 2-3 trades left post origin and skated by with a strong 18+ a chunk of luck
