I don't like it at all. Has always been a 40-45 average player so will be 1-2 tiers below the keepers at 2RF. Too expensive for the bench and at this stage of your year doesn't score well enough to make the top 17

Fair enough, just that the 3 round average of 56.3 looks tasty and the plan would be to buy now (as he is up against the Dogs, Manly and then the Cowboys in R12) then sell in R13 to a true keeper or maybe a R16 POD like Matto etc.

At this point I'm doing Morgan to Papenhuyzen (I have faith in him to lock down the FB jumper and even if he doesn't he'll make enough money for me to upgrade to a gun in 2 weeks time) and then Bateman to either Marty or Lolo.

Both priced within 3k of each other, Lolo has a BE of 66 while Marty has a BE of 55. Not sure which one I should get first but I think I want both eventually (will likely sell Lawrie next week to get the other one)

I've gone Tolo over Marty (I can only afford one myself) mostly because of the complaints on this forum about Marty's minutes every game he plays, and I assume he is carrying an injury (even it if is just Haslitis). BE difference of 11 is meaningless when you're bringing either of them in for the rest of the season

The trades I'm looking at are:
Xerri out - Hudson Young or Liam Martin in &
    Burr out - Taumalolo in

    Cook (c)
    Fifita, Haas
    Arrow, Murray, JFH
    Cleary, Munster
    Nikora, Capewell
    Tedesco, Ponga, CNK

    Mahoney, Lawrie, A. Reynolds, Taumalolo
Hudson Young/Liam Martin, Lomax, Whitbread, A. Hopoate

With Hopoate playing the last game it gives me a great opportunity to poophole Lawrie v Young/Martin.

You don’t think Peachy will play in the centres with the string of injuries?

i'm looking at Young/Martin too. Hopefully we'll get a bit of clarity with TLT today.

Who else is there? Latrell has one spot locked up. Morris? I’d like to see Croker there but he carries the Ryan James disease

Maybe a little bit of bias on my part but I would pick Croker. He is 10 times the centre Peachy is and the only reason peachy has been around origin at all is because of his versatility imo.

I have far bigger fish to fry than Vaughan. Averaging 50, not making or losing any money. For me he's not a sell just yet, but I guess I can see why you'd want to upgrade

Yeah I've had Vaughan all year.

Had a couple of quieter games, but yeah, averaging 50, hardly an issue for me.

Probably trade him out for round 12 though, as there are obviously better options for the run home.

I'm a little disappointed he hasn't jagged a try and an 80+ score.

This almost guarantees he’ll do it the week you trade him out

Must have been a high strain near the tendinous junction (sorry for the gibberish) but even then they would have known that from the start so why has 4 weeks become 8-10?
I'll happily take more gibberish. It's been great having your insights.

This is what I was waiting for too. I'd love his price to hit $700k or thereabouts but it's just a pipe dream currently.

I'm tossing up the idea of Marsters in as a bit of a POD. His schedule is kinda shitty and doesn't play 12 but he kicks goals, breaks tackles and can go large. This let's me take xerri out of my 17. Otherwise the sheep move of Lolo in.

    Which combo would be best?

    Up - Lolo and Xerri

    Down - Lawrie and Marsters

In other words, the coach couldn't/wouldn't inspire them in the half-time team talk so they decided to do it their own way.

Bump - can’t anyone help me fix my rabble?

    Team is:

    Farah
    Tolman Fifita
    Arrow Murray Tapau
    Morgan Pearce
    Nikora Burns
    CNK Ponga Hughes

    Mahoney Haas Rein Lawrie

    Carty CHT Lomax Xerri

    and 369k itb

Planned trades were morgan to ARey and Hughes to RTS.

Could do Teddy over RTS due to BE's but thought RTS would have 1-2 more games over teddy as I see Robbo resting his origin players at least once each over the series. I'm going horribly in H2H despite being the top scorer in my league and doing ok overall (1700s) haha so maybe I just take teddy and ignore overall all together?

Is ARey for origin just heresay? I'd look elsewhere without doubt if he was likely to play origin. Cleary not playing origin would have him in my side.

I could just go all out cash generation but the thing that stopped me getting hudson young last week was JS with tapine likely back soon?

Hopefully burns is back this week

Somebody inspire me, i'm in a glass cage of emotion

I got Lolo last week. I'm a sheep too. Real hard to ignore him with rnd 12 coming up though.
