Apparently Alvaro bulked up in the off season but all he's done is lose his mobility & motor & he's half the player he was.

I haven't watched too many Eels games so can't really comment on a change in role.

His PPM is down, maybe a few less TBs and lower metres so perhaps isn't getting his hands on the ball as much..

Another one I've been keeping a close eye on is Herman Ese'ese. Another who is nowhere near the form of last year.........

I was being rather flippant but he does seem built for the fantasy production.

I didn't own him at all last season but I remember watching him most week getting involved in everything defensively, making 3-4 tackles a set sometimes. This season... the opposite.

Good shout. The inclusions of Klemmer and Glasby into the team has ruined him basically. He was great last week but can't see him becoming a starter any time soon.

I remember before the 2018 season started Alvaro in pre season training was the fittest & always came first in road runs, endurance runs, beach work & so on. He was super fit & he cracked it in the 2018 season. But as has been mentioned he's been a bust in 2019. Maybe he got upset because he was the alpha prop & then Junior Paulo joined this season & Alvaro lost his alpha prop status.

I did in a different platform and he was pretty awesome. I purchased him for the bye round. Like you said, he'd make sometimes 3 or 4 tackles a set and looking at his stats it was not uncommon for him to tackle at more than 1 per minute (he tended to play 40+ minutes - average 46 to be exact). Not a single point from tries, TA, LB, LBA so basically no attacking stats other than a TB and OF most games.

If he's lost his mobility, then he's lost his ability to make a tackle a minute. That would see his points plummet cause he doesn't have much else to fall back on fantasy wise!

API a decent shout? Plays 12, has dpp, dropped nearly 300K and can still post 45-50’s in limited minutes.

I know zip about legal issues, but i do know that it's nice to have a quiet, cold beer when there's a bit of pressure in your life.

Hope DB Export 33 is ok....
