Arrow update

Jai Arrow just walked past us at @GCTitans headquarters on his way to get his scan. Said he didn’t think his problem was too bad. He thinks it’s an adductor issue & hopefully just a little strain @9NewsGoldCoast

With the Bateman returning early news Cotric is becoming less appealing.  I was earmarking Cotric for the CTR position in rd 13 to avoid playing Xerri for a few rounds while waiting for Bateman. 
If Cotric plays rd 12 I'll probably still get him as EMG cover later on in case both Teddy and Ponga get rested after origin II or III

Just remember everyone take the VC off Arrow if you had it on him.  Don't want him to be locked out if you're looking at potentially trading him if he's out.

What Milchow said. He has played for NSW Country but that doesn't mean too much. I'm pretty sure I was getting close to getting in one of City v Country squads before they scrapped it.

Always odd when players play for their country before their state but it's happened a few times.

Hey guys. Need a bit of advice. Fortunately I don't have to make a call until tomorrow.

A) No trades
B) Lawrie > Taupau $7k
C) Lawrie > AFB $110k
D) Arrow + Lawrie > Taumalolo + AFB $108k

AFB minus the injury affected game is averaging the same as Taupau but at a discount. His lowest score was 41 which included a try, a sin bin, and 7 min less game time. Pretty decent floor. Stable scores. Only issue is he's only available at FRF. My preferences are A and C. D is only if Arrow is injured

Yeah always found that odd. Annoying when Semi played for Aussie but wasn't eligible for Origin. But in fairness, Origin is played a lot differently to other games. It's insane. Love it lol

R11: Manly
R12: Cowboys - misses if he plays Origin
R13: Broncos - 4 days after Origin
R14: Warriors
R15: Manly - 6 days after Origin
R16: bye
R17: Panthers 2 days after Origin

Thoughts on how many he could possibly miss, with and without injury

I reckon R11, R12, R16, R17 on the provisio he plays a bench position in origin. That's alot of games being missed for an average Arrow

Article on QRL site says Drinkwater will return for Easts next weekend.

Now I'm thinking of punt on Moses. Not cheap and 56 BE but 4 home fixtures next 5 starting with Panthers up first and maybe +400m kicking on cards with Smith partnering?

I can not remember, how is Dessie with his origin players? Thinking of flipping Arrow to Jurbo.

Jurbo pretty much the same price.
