Pretty much. I'm currently at 209th and absolutely stoked I've gotten this high. Losing Wighton puts the brakes on my rise a bit since he was my super POD

I might have to miss JFH all together. I just won't have the trades to move everyone on and have some cover at the back end of the year.

Captain choice will be interesting this week. My first week without set and forget Cook. I'm twitchy!

That's just as brutal as me trading in Farah over McInnes.

If I could just go back and trade Cook in instead of Cam Smith, I would be ranked massively higher than I am now. Not having Cook has been a killer the past month. But at the time I made my decision they were both averaging the same, Cook has just gone really big, even by his standards, over the past 4 weeks. If anyone is a must have so far this season it has been Cook (well, after Haas and Nikora)

As it is, I still have hope that if Cook misses an extra game due to not backing up from origin, then Smith may turn out OK in the long run. But that's how fantasy rolls.

Not much of a POD, I have him cheer

I'm not too happy about losing him this week though.

Taumalolo is the standout. Tolman, or maybe Rein the other options.

The Verbal of last year might go Moses, but let's see what sensible VK does.

If people got to go back and make different picks, you'd probably still be ranked in the same spot because everyone else would make better picks too.

Yep I agree. I've been a bit pessimistic since Saturday even though I moved up in the rankings this week.

    Sorry everyone my bad Bang

Taumalolo would be the main shout - although less people are in QLD origin team for both Titans and Cowboys then first expected. Still Cowboys with no McGuire and Morgan need firepower from somewhere

POD captain shout would be Rein

Ultra POD and borderline crazy - Turbo v Panthers if he plays

Raiders in the unusual position of being affected by origin this week. Half of their starting team out through origin or injury.

    J.wighton
    J.rapana
    J.papali
    J.bateman
    J.leluia
    J.hodgson

    N.cotric.

Bulldogs surely go in as favourites.

You're really in love with Wighton haha. New forum drinking game, every time you mention him, take a shot Beer

Ponga, Munster, RTS, Teddy, Cleary, Moses, ARey.. all averaging higher than him though, so not sure about Super POD..

Fair enough, that's the same reason I likely won't bother selling Wighton this week, since I want to get a keeper in for him. Using 2 of my 4 trades this week leaves me with only 15 left for the year so I need to use my remaining ones to get guns in.

I need to get rid of the following guys after R12.

    Rein
    Mahoney
    Young
    Garrick
    To'o

I could also potentially keep Wighton and CNK. to the end but will likely sell one or both of them. Ideally I'd sell Wighton to DCE/SJ and then CNK to Turbo after Origin.

I think Cotric needs to change his first name to Jack. He is stuffing things up with that N hanging around

Sorry mate I can't help it. When I bought him I was in the 2k range, and he's rocketed me up the rankings. By super POD I meant more for R12, the plan was always to sell him to a gun afterwards. I already have Ponga, Munster and Teddy, so my likely plan here is to sell him to DCE or SJ when they return

So much TTurbo talk. If he was fit enough to play this weekend he'd be in camp instead of Morris.

Given he is a dpp, and started significantly cheaper. I’d say his a pod.

Yeah he's been solid. I normally consider 45+ as a keeper for WFB, so his 47.6 is pretty good and unlucky that you lost him for the bye.

Going into R12 with 11 before trades

I think I'm going to go for Turbo if he plays, was going to get rid of CNK for RTS soon after R12 but RTS has been underwhelming recently. So CNK + Xerri to Turbo + Brittain if they are both named, leaving me with 12 for this week

I think I have a clear plan of what I want to do with my team after R12, but one injury could screw it up. Hopefully have a bit more luck with injuries this week - JFH and ARey on fire last week before HIA/injury (JFH one hurts as barely anyone around me owned him and was set for 65+ easy)
