Re: NRL Fantasy 2019 part 54
This round is tricky re trades because you also have to have a plan b if any origin players don't back up. In round 13 the Knights play the 1st game on Friday so do you have a wfb backup you can play if Ponga has a rest. I own Lomax & was going to sell but he's my wfb backup so I either downgrade to To'o or keep.

But any current owners considering selling him?
4 game average of 36.75
Tryless average of 39 this season
Tommy Turbo's return imminent, and already have Tedesco and Ponga
Crazy?

thinking i might just cut my losses on Farah to get an extra player this week, i worry that absolutely no-one has made mention of the out-of-nowhere rotation.

as for Roberts, Burns on the outer now? though I suppose Gagai could shift back to the wing to accommodate him.

Yeah, I would think Roberts right centre, Gagai wing.
Burns left centre when he returns.
Very strong line up if they get Roberts firing again.

No, Burns is 100% keeping his spot.

Actually I think Dalker is overkill. Xerri should make a bit of cash over his next two or three games and I'll look at turning him into Bateman at some point.

didn't Roberts leave in the first place to get away from the Sydney nightlife? given recent events not sure this is a wise move on his behalf.

Sydney cancelled nightlife a few years ago.

"What happens on the field stays on the field" - I know you're old-school Rabs but the NRL have been pretty consistent in saying that racism is not OK. Players have been fined for racist comments on the field in the past and I think this should fall in the same category given that NRL have publicly said they are anti-discrimination in all kinds, assuming he said what we think he said. He has denied it and no other player has made comment so we have to move on.
I'm curious, why is "you’ve obviously never played" always your go-to argument? Is it used just to stir people up because you think it will be perceived as insulting or is it more of a case you think people who haven't played the game deserve less input?
Because if you’ve never played, you will never understand the pain, passion and intensity of a high impact, violent ‘sport’. Things happen on the field when you’re flirting with injury every minute under fatigue. Things get said all the time, which you would not hear about, but of course, the good old lefty rag the SMH, have to make a mountain out of mole hill and the softcock do-gooders in our society, that have FAR too much to say, jump in like sheep.
And once again, it was you who brought this shit up. Your virtue signalling and grandstanding about every leftard talking point on here is sickening. I normally let it ride, but I’ve had my say here. If you don’t like it, tough. I have a different view to you.
If you haven’t played, you’ll never understand. Just move on. It’s nothing. Zilch.

I wonder if Rabbits will ask for special consideration as they only named 20 players again this week for Roberts to come in at 21, then be a late inclusion.

i expected there to have been some sort of justification or explanation from Maguire or Farah about tactics or some shit in the aftermath, like Arthur when he got too cute with Mahoney, but i've seen no indication that from anyone that suggests what happened is abnormal.

Speaking of Rabbits only naming 20 players because they don't have a "fit" 21. Now I think about it, I reckon they knew Roberts was coming last week and wanted him to play but Broncos didn't grant the release till this week. Surely they will be allowed to include him in the 21.

Screw them both and get Mitch Kenny. Katoa will get a HIA 11th minute and Kenny will play out the game and the season at 9.
