Is it better to hold Sivo (BE 42) and sell Young or hold Young (who won't lose any money) and sell Sivo (before he loses more money)??

Personally, I would punt Young because he is of no use with 5 weeks suspension.

You might get use from Sivo in the next couple of weeks if origin players get rested.

If Sivo only scores 30's over the next few weeks, he won't lose too much cash.

If Tedesco and/or Ponga get rested this weekend, can you field a full 17 without Sivo?

I'll be holding Sivo this week because there is a reasonable chance his score will count for me

I'd be surprised if Ponga backed up in Sydney less than 48 hours after a Brisbane Origin.

Ted, on the late Sunday game, I'd hope would play. Last year he backed up from Origins 1 and 2, and was rested after Origin 3. If they're both out then a lot of players, including me, would be screwed up. That probably goes for Rnd 17 too.

I dunno if Brown is really in a position to rest Ponga. Its a nice thought, but his position as coach was under fire as recently as a few weeks ago.

Unless Ponga is actually injured, I think he will play for the Knights.

I'm putting Young in my 17 this week with Murray in my EMG. Just in case Murray gets rested or reduced minutes. I'm looking at bringing in a 2RF after the Friday night game . Probably Rein to KBrom or Tohu (pod pick, has had a knee injury since the last time they played the Storm, he's dropped some coin, but started training with the team again before last game source )

That's actually a good point, will have to look at the make up of my team as well.

It's quicker to fly to Sydney from Brisbane than drive from Newcastle. Doubt he'll fly back to Newie, just go straight to Sydney. Ponga plays to try and expunge the weight of the humiliating loss he just endured.

Second best overall scorer in fantasy. Robson on the bench doesn't bother me. McInnes is the Dragons captain now, I don't see him sitting his ass on the interchange for any period of time when he is a more than capable 80 minute player.

I mean then again he is coached by Mary but until he has a Farah like crap score, why deal in what if's with him.

Young and Rein to CS9 and Dearden with 282K left to find Sivo to Bateman next week? Was hoping to double gun it this week and might grab a different cow if any pop up but atm dearden is the best of a bad bunch. Would like Kenny but want someone who will play R16. Hoping RTS/Tohu drop some more coin as they will be good trade ins when Tolman/Martin leave my team. CNK is a borderline keeper at this stage.

I agree here, Smiths price has dropped the last 2 weeks and hopefully will for the last week before i bring him in!

I'd say probably 6-8 for my team. On 14 trades after 2 this week and planning to use 3 or 4 next week with 4 trades on offer for R14. Then depends on whether I make sideways moves for R16 for players like Taupau/JFH/Munster/ARey who could be on cusp of my final 17
