Hahaha hardly, the "debate" was everyone giving me shit for picking him too early, only for him to kill it. Rapa getting old proves nothingWelshy wrote:

Always great to see brand new posters on Fanatics, welcome to the Forum "Archer". Who do you support and who is your favourite player? Are you new to Fantasy/DT?

Thanks, looking forward to finding out where all the good advice is I've heard about, do those posters use a different thread or something?standard-issue wrote:

I have to choose a new favourite this year as it used to be Mitch Aubusson (not sure if you've heard of him), any suggestions? I don't have a favourite team, I just cheer for the officials and hope everyone does their best.

I did my draft things. But low key may be very delayed if it makes it back to me tomorrow as I will be asleep all day tomorrow.

There was no one super exciting left in the draft so decided to pick up Cam smith. Really hope he's playing on now

Re: Sportsdeck Draft League Thread 2
We're chugging along, but is it just me or are we having the worst luck ever in terms of who's online at any given time? Seems that often there's 6 or 7 dudes online and the only one that's not there - through no fault of their own, of course - is the person who's pick it is. Seems to have happened from pick one in this wild league.
One a side-note, the 8 players compared to 10 seems to give one a pretty handsome looking squad... for now, anyway.
Got my son's birthday party tomorrow and then a full day out on Sunday (hopefully I can sneak a look in a toilet break here and there) so apologies in advance if I stall this thing over the weekend.

Very happy with that League 2 draft, few missing to start season but some excellent depth and a strong side when all fit

Had a quick look through the squads today and I couldn't help feeling envious as I looked at most every squad. Don't know if I'm just being paranoid... this one seems pretty decent;
Koro
Vaughan, Paulo
Friz, Tevaga, Barnett
Reynolds, Watson
Hopoate, Averillo
Papy, Brimson, Isaako
Robson
Welch
H. Young
Doueihi
Main area of concern for me is Averillo. If he doesn't make the cut for round one, do I have Wednesday and Thursday to trade him or someone out for a playing CTR, before the season starts? Is that how it works? Kept telling myself to get a back-up centre... just couldn't find one I even half wanted of the ones that were left.
