I was flicking between that, Pats and the Lions game... kinda felt like they were still gassed from keeping up with Mahomes last week.

Pats and Bill was closer then it should have been. Josh Allen looked really bad but Pats just couldnt pull away.

Still 2Q to go, Minshew being bought back to Earth by Miller+Chubb so far. Im sure we'll find a way to fuck it up though. ED: aaaaaaaand right on cue.

Urgh Ravens were so disappointing. Did not expect a negative from them but I guess when you consider their season as a whole I should have expected it lol this Tampa game has been ridiculous though

Some games turn out so unpredictable, look at the scoreline in the Dallas game and only field goals for the Saints.
Jaguar keep on keeping on. I think the Ravens were over hyped, same as previous years.
Are the media gunna call the Browns superbowl charge back on now lol, ridiculous media.
As for the 94 points in the Rams game, wow!

Im still on the Browns to at least make the AFCGC. They have a lot of new pieces, so it does make sense they wont be firing until the back half of the year but I think they are the most talented team on paper in the AFC - even more then KC. They're too good not to be in the mix.

I agree - I've backed them to win their division, their conference, and the title. Odds prior to last week were pretty good.

I've also backed them by picking OBJ and Chubb in my draft team. OBJ been a but of a bust so far though but as long as he's healthy I reckon he comes good.

I avoided OBJ for fantasy reasons - I cant see him being as productive in an offence where he isnt the only human worth feeding like he was last year. Real life reasons, hes having a good season. Constantly drawing double teams and blocking quite well. I do think I drafted their defence in 3/3 leagues though. Gimme that Myles Garrett experience.

Imagine giving a RB $57 million and not having a run game Laugh 3
They'll be lucky to get a wildcard spot this year.

Goff having a worse year is really impacting the whole offence. I still think they'll be in the postseason though - 9ers wont take the division. They are unbeaten so far but their opponents are a combined 3-9. They have their toughest games ahead of them.

Hawks will take the division. Goff just isn't that good, McVay could only hide it for so long.

I think whoever takes the team-series out will win the division. Very important game.

He doesnt look anywhere near as good. Not sure if its a temporary rough patch or he's actually not as good as he played last year, but its hurting the rams. Theyve been doing less of the jet sweep gimmicky stuff aswell, which was a real strength of theirs. They have been very predictable so far in play calling and pedestrian in execution. Which is a surprise, they have a pretty consistent roster and coaching staff between years. Still have the top WR core aswell. Maybe not anymore with Cooks in a bodybag but still very good. Id kill for a WR3 as good as Kupp.

Bah, of course the Ravens get a free-to-air game and i can't watch live because of a terrible travel schedule for today, but it's always nice to get a win over the Steelers, ugly as it may have been, It's a shame the rest our defense is having an all-time terrible year, because Marlon Humphrey is putting his hand right up there to be included in the 'Best defensive back in the league' conversation, he's been lights out this year... Lamar regressing of late is beyond concerning, I think we're really hanging out for the bye to catch a breather and re-group.

Surmo should have Kayo, or check out NFLBites for good streams.

Half time of 49ers v Browns, and while I like the Browns I am a 49ers fan and against Chubb & Odell in fantasy. So it is amazing to see the 49ers performing at such a good level, so much penetration on defence. Bosa is a monster.

Such a strong game by them. They started the first half on fire and the defence is a monster. I'm sick of all the "are they legit." They are looking great. Wasn't a fan of Brieda but hearing more about his backstory makes me want to pull for the guy. Jimmy G looked a little off still, an okay game and the WRs did drop a few passes, but they also collected a few off their toes. The running game is great.

They need to win this week to show they are legit. Without that, what have they done? Stomped Buccs, Browns, Bengals and only just sqeaked past the Steelers, all with the benefit of already having their bye. Sure, they can only beat who they are up against each week but thats not the resume of a legit team.

They are playing very well though. I'd put them in the Lions/Colts tier of playing great but not convinced they can go all the way. And Im a massive fan of Brieda, I drafted him in 3 fantasy leagues. No idea how he was so under the radar tbh, he's got great vision and I think he was the only (or one of the only - maybe the only relevant) player to record a faster speed then Tyreek last year.
