Yeah I held the trade and will probably make it after lock out. Just need one more quiet week from RTS. So you know what that means: BANNER!

Can't help a head knock. Wighton got up smiling after it too, the cheeky dawg.

He prob traded out Xerri this week himself.

154/4. Avoided Xerri's score in position 18 but I reckon there would be plenty who did the same BUT also did the CNK to RTS trade, therefore I don't expect Xerri's 5 to help my rank any.

So it looks like Kenny's getting a go at 17th man, what do we think he'll score this week?

Yeah, I'm looking forward to it Twisted Evil

If he scored slightly better the last 2 rounds, people would've been complaining about his price and hoping for a couple of duds so he'd drop some cash to bring in for the bye.

Since he has now dropped, people are scared off because of 2 games when we have a few years worth to look at.

He'll play 2 more games than Ponga (Knights Friday night after origin again), and potentially 2 more than Teddy and Tom if they don't back-up.

Decent chance that he puts up the most points of any WFB between now and Rd 25.

Didn't say he will haha, just there's a decent chance Laughing

    47.3 x 12 = 567.6 for RTS

    54.9 x 10 = 549 for Ponga

    54.9 x 10 = 549 for Teddy (decent chance he's rested)

49.3 x 11 = 542.3 for Tom (playing wing, I think he'll back up). Only a 3 game sample for that average, but averaged 48.9 last year.

Well done mate. I don't disagree with any of that. I just wanted to wait another week, partially because of his high BE, but also because as you say one of the main reasons you bring him in round 16/17. How many times have you traded a player in for a bye round only for them to not play those rounds due to injury? He's gotta survive not only this round but the test as well. I always try and make those trades closer to the bye if possible especially if BE's allow which in this case they do and especially in such a volatile position. Anyway as you say he's a good choice for WFB3.

Yeah not really any harm in waiting a week. If I didn't start with him, I'd wait the week too, but be nervous about it vs. Titans. Going by his average, he should be even cheaper next week and there's a NZ test match to get through too right?

Not knocking anyone planning to bring him in, just the people thinking he's not a gun and want Tom instead, or people that got him and are now a broken record saying he's trash.

When I look at it, yes 12 from CNK is fucking vomit worthy but 162 from 4 is okay. That's an average of 40.5/per and that's 4 players I am sure are in a lot of teams. Only 1 player tonight so no doubt I will probably lose a tonne of ranks but with 8 tomorrow and 4 on Sunday hopefully I can make that ground back and then some.
Next week will be tough. Will wait for official price rises/falls but will probably need to look at a few things re: prices, scores, rises/drops. I just hope to finish inside top 500 (390 before this round). Been improving on my finish every year so if top 500 this year hopefully I can hit top 100 next year.

RTS will probably score 60+ tonight

This is interesting, but only 1 thing I would dispute in this case is that Ponga's average is actually slightly understated since it includes his time at 5/8. Since at FB his average is 62.6 (although he scored every game he has played since R6 consecutively - though you should expect attacking stats)

Yeah true, I didn't factor that in. Ponga had a 53 average from 19 games at FB last year, so if we put this years and last somewhere in the middle, it's pretty close.

RTS is averaging more than last year too, but SJ gone is a possible explanation. RTS does like a niggling injury too, so no guarantee that he plays all 12 remaining games.
