    For the Rabbitohs:
    - Braidon Burns (hamstring) & Adam Reynolds (back) expected to return to training next week, how they handle training will determine Rd15 availability
    - Sam (shoulder, Rd17-18) and Tom Burgess (ankle, Rd19-21) both had successful surgery - nrlphysio

Bunch more leave for what is effectively a 15% pay cut.

if I had a sort of job where I was working close to 10 hour days anyway, I'd make it official if I could and get the extra time off.

Sounds flexible, I'm looking at 4 ten hour days with Friday off. Been a real slog to get it over the line, almost there. I k ow I'll feel the lengthy days, but a Friday off every week should be more than worth it.

On the Fifita trade I'm not sure he is a certain back in

Since Uele burst on the scene(let's say round 9) Fifita has played 4/6 games with the lowest minutes of the season(injury excluded). With Woods set to come back there will be less minutes up for grab. I'm thinking Fifita will have an under-whelming back end of the year*

*Disclaimer I will still be trading him back in

100% I would do it mate, just to get to take the boy to school and pick him up once a week would be worth it for me!

I don't drive, so catch bus back and forth work! Way the bus goes I used to leave work 10 mins early to make sure I caught it, did so for 3 years (in work 30 mins early to cover) someone complained I wasnt working "standard hours" and now I have to work 3 hours extra 1 hour extra Tues-Thurs (catch later bus) all this to allow me to leave early (only 10 mins) on Monday and Friday so i can get home in time for my sons football/rugby/cricket training.

Been here 8 years, absolute shit show! anyway, got my proviisonal license and ill be passing and leaving now, fuck em

I don't know what you do, but a lot of people work close to 10 hour days anyway (especially in accounting/finance work) where its sort of expected and you don't get paid overttime

Anyone in that situation should definitely try and get it sorted officially so they only do their 40 hours a week.

I don't have a set schedule for when I have time off.
Originally I had it for looking after my kids. Rather than go officially part time I just organised a bunch more leave and took it off when required. Luckily I have management that are happy with this approach. Kids are both at school now so the need for me to have so much leave is lessened, but I am used to having the time off so haven't bothered going back to regular working hours.

Wow, I would kill for this. Absolutely you should do it if it's a thing that can possibly be done.
I'm stuck in one of those places Milchy mentioned with the 50 hour + weeks, plus I need to be available for extra work days on weekends with travel away. No overtime. Urgh. They rave about flexible work conditions but they're full of shit and this is not a thing they would ever consider.

If SJ plays well this weekend and looks injury free i might be tempted to bring him in next week vs dogs rather than waiting for another price drop. I can go Havili to SJ in one trade and chase some points

36.25 hours weekly for me and I already do it with one of those days being from home in my jocks.

There's a couple of posts about it in the NSW team thread.

Just Tahu trying to be relevant again for 5 seconds imo.

and the media in general. No one would give a fuck if they didn't write articles about it.

Seen plenty of players not singing along over decades of rugby. Whether it's too tough to sing, don't remember the words, or some political crap, don't sing if it makes you feel better.

I did 9 hours a day, 9 day fortnight in the previous gig. Was really good for family time.

But it was only possible because the job was lightweight. In the current role if I tried that I’d be making up weekend time. Be really careful of 10/4 turning into 11/4.5 .....

But totally worth it if you can be confident of holding the time!
