Looks good. A little light on trades but your top 17 is very good. Not completely sold on Burns but I guess he’s only there for cover

    Looking pretty solid!
Who would have thought Moses would be one of the top halves this season?!
It looks like you're able to shuffle things around with your DPPs to cover every position, it would not be a bad idea to have a cheapie WFB for that extra cover.

I'm okay with the trade, but it's not really an extra 100-115 points though if you have someone who can replace Fifita in rd 15 right? It's an extra 58 (his avg) in round 16 where you otherwise would have zero, but in round 15 you would likely have some cover, let's say Taupau which means moving a benchie up, say Havili for maybe 25 points off the bench, so the benefit is 58-25=33 for a total benefit of about 91 points (more or less depending on your version of Havili like benchie) for the cost of one trade. This is the case right?

Yeah true forgot about that it would be Havili but that is even more of reason as for this week playing a bench HOK for max 25 points would leave me at disadvantage on top of having 16 players in R14

Brad Fittler and the Penrith Medical staff are quietly confident Cleary will be fit for Origin III... If he plays Origin III, I would say he misses R17 being on a Friday after the Origin. So that means he most likely misses R15, 16, 17 (1-2 games). - via nine.com. With my trades so low I am going to have to keep him.

Cheers mate, yeah Burns is cover but I don't have him yet, will get him after the bye so I will get a look at him this week. Ideally I want a decent CEN/WFB dpp around that price or even a HLF/WFB who I can loop with SJ for that 17th spot.

Thanks mate. Yeah that 228 guy would ideally be a rd 16 cash out who continues to play out the season. The 89k I'll allegedly have left over gives me a bit of leeway there if I need to go a bit higher.

Still a good chance of missing three rounds, definitely two. I was thinking of trading Fifita but it makes more sense for me to trade Cleary. Nathan Brown had a "two week" ankle injury last year and we all know how that ended. Fifita is a definite elite keeper and will only miss two games and is fit. Cleary is a keeper but I wouldn't say elite, could be out 3,4+ weeks or if returning early might be carrying an injury. But certainly if that news is correct you could definitely hold him if trades are tight (which we know they are for you Mr one trade for the run home Razz )

I’m doing alright, but I come from that background and I don’t pretend to be the paragon of virtue or bag young blokes who will ALWAYS fuck up in a working man’s game. Tommy threw Mortimer’s luggage bag out the window of a hotel on tour. Myles shit in a shoe in a hotel, another QLD SOO player threw shit out a window on to cars, pissed on the floor in a Casino, got barred from every venue in Brisbane and Perth. Plenty were bankrupts, mysoginists, thugs, openly against gays, etc. lots of rape allegations. You aren’t going to change any of that on here. And I’m old school. I bet you have a hyphened surname. Give it up mate. I watch this game for the footy, not the next lefty or social justice warrior agenda item. Rant

Hahaha my new plan now has me with 2 trades from R18 onwards. I could also trade Xerri to a position I need cover in (most likely a wfb/ctr DPP like Burns) in R18 leaving 1 trade from 19-25 haha but I'll get to that bridge when i get to it

Can anyone give me their two cents on Waqa Waqa going to the Eels?

Is he chasing a finals team? Its not like he is looking for job security. Is the money better? Is he off contract?

The Eels have done this before... make finals then spooners. I hope he gets some decent paper to dry his tears if they start sucking again next year.

Well it looks like I'm not gonna be able to fit Bateman back into my team for the run home so might have to take the punt on Burns and hope he can finish how he started before the injury.

Yet another roll of the dice

If he can bring the form he started the year with, he's a keeper at CTR or WFB.

Smith this week against the Chooks with all the Origin talk around, means 70+ points for him.
The 2 points during the bye rounds against fellow contenders is gold. He’ll be all in.

    Auto Captain.

Consider this a Rabbit special and thank me later. You’re welcome.

1 cent’s worth. He’s not going to be good for your fantasy team.

Taumalolo higher mins (should be close to 80) with no McGuire and Hess v Dragons (if Shane Wright, Scott Bolton play more mins than Taumalolo, Paul Green should quit) where he got 300m in R1 against looks more tempting IMO

Though I've done the unspeakable and moved Cook to the INT and made Smith VC

Edit: Looking deeper Asiata did sub Taumalolo in R14 but surely the team would be stronger during the game to do Molo for Bolton, Asiata for Wright (and shift Taumalolo to 2RF) and then Jensen for McLean (with 2 guaranteed interchanges that Green will use on HOKs)

Can't decide between my two tigers.

    Twal and Brooks.

If I go Twal, ponga will be moved into half this week.

    Nikora Bateman

I guess the answer to a solid 18th man would be no but I guess 2 trades could be used somehow to upgrade To’o if need be. What do you think?
