Taumalolo higher mins (should be close to 80) with no McGuire and Hess v Dragons (if Shane Wright, Scott Bolton play more mins than Taumalolo, Paul Green should quit) where he got 300m in R1 against looks more tempting IMO

Though I've done the unspeakable and moved Cook to the INT and made Smith VC

Edit: Looking deeper Asiata did sub Taumalolo in R14 but surely the team would be stronger during the game to do Molo for Bolton, Asiata for Wright (and shift Taumalolo to 2RF) and then Jensen for McLean (with 2 guaranteed interchanges that Green will use on HOKs)

Depends on Morgan. There were reports he wasn't playing but haven't heard anything since.

just Arrow to Turbo for me this week i think, tempting to throw burns in as an 18th man, but a) i'd be risking a lot on Mann being my only real money maker to get my final 17 over the line, i'm already skimping with plans for SJ being in my final 17 as a benchie, and b) fantasy scores in return games for blokes returning from ankle/hamstring injuries this year have been pretty horrid, RTS, Turbo and DCE spring to mind.

massive dart throw that is mate

played 2 full games at CTR , one with a try, 2 games with big TB numbers, could just be an early season run.

He's definitely got the game for fantasy, sideways running playing slapsies, but would be a HUGE win if he ended up a GUN in the CTR position over Bateman/Nikora or WFB over the elite Tedesco/Ponga/Turbo/RTS

    I don't know about that.

From my point of view its a pretty generous amount of trades Embarassed

Depends how good your team is and if you can afford 17 gun players with Bateman and Nikora as centres. Some of us won't have that luxury.

What I'm saying is, it wouldn't make him a GUN just one of the next best options

At his price for what he may be able to produce, could be the best of the rest

Yet another roll of the dice

Bateman at centre is the biggest advantage over next best you can get in this game. Do whatever it takes, sacrifice somewhere else, but make sure you have Bateman

As of todays plans I will have 3 trades left (and zilch money in the bank) after round 17 when my final team is completed. (though depends on if Cook/Teddy are rested in rnd 17, then the trade ins will just wait a week).

Eyeing off crichton for round 16 (over SST and Twal)

I wont have much of an 18th man.. looks like it will be Staggs

It’s never been your game. You don’t understand it, or it’s roots. It’s a westie, houso, poor man or blue collar, working man’s game that has suddenly hit the big time. Yes, there are exceptions, even the odd doctor or academic, but not typically. Even the Manly and Easts players of old either came from Wests, poor Brisbane suburbs, or houso areas of Sydney. I’m doing alright, but I come from that background and I don’t pretend to be the paragon of virtue or bag young blokes who will ALWAYS fuck up in a working man’s game. It’s the media, forum ‘experts’ and social media who beat these things up. Constantly...and more repetitively than ever. Johnny Raper walked through London naked for a bet. Tommy threw Mortimer’s luggage bag out the window of a hotel on tour. Myles shit in a shoe in a hotel, another QLD SOO player threw shit out a window on to cars, pissed on the floor in a Casino, got barred from every venue in Brisbane and Perth. Plenty were bankrupts, mysoginists, thugs, openly against gays, etc. lots of rape allegations. You aren’t going to change any of that on here. And I’m old school. I don’t like being lectured by young, or ageing, virtuous hipsters.

I bet you have a hyphened surname. Give it up mate. I watch this game for the footy, not the next lefty or social justice warrior agenda item. Rant
    Bring back MattNZ

Nah sorry to @Ben Marlin. Communities live and die on contribution and you’ve actually a good addition. I don’t even know what people’s issues were with that Matt fella anyway. Because he liked differentials? Anyways I shouldn’t have got involved with the hype Evil or Very Mad

    Moving along...

What happened to that survey VK was running? Any link/results?

We’re in a similar position on table mate with similar teams and almost identical plans!

So I’m rooting for you bud Laughing
Need Havili to have a breakout game off the bench (unlikely) in order to go Crichton over SST next week

Dunno if mentioned but apparently Milford trained at fullback this week (Broncos forum). So long since he's played there can't remember what his scores were like.
