Same for me. Would be happy with those scores. 70+ for Lolo and I'd be ecstatic though.

Anyone Sydney based who wants to catch up with some forum regulars over a beer and the footy should come along. We're not very scary

WOULD LOVE to join in but I'm up in Townsville alien Maybe next year. Mrs might be getting a job with the ASIO and we may be on the move to Canberra in February.

We all survived the previous meet up. So, we can assume none of us are murderers

Well, we weren't at the time anyway - things might have changed since then Rip

@ nrl physio - Koroisau had surgery on his ankle - expected to miss at least 6 weeks & worse case he'll miss 8-10 weeks.
Anyone going to punt on Fainu.

470K for a 50+ point scorer.... tempting but already have 3 Hookers and not enough trades.

Haha, and on top of that if he'd bagged a double that may given him a banner.

Scores are what they are mate, you cant just discount all the negative points because you want to inflate their score.

Brooks averages ~-10 each game. At best you might argue that you can discount 8 of those demerits due to an off day, but the score is the score and no amount of cherry picking the stats will change that.

I will only have Smith after the bye because I can't stand the sight of Farah so Fainu has to come in

Fainu could be a great little pickup for people who haven't generated enough money yet to grab all the guns and have the trades to switch him out later. I think the majority of people probably fit criteria one, so if you have the trades I think he's a solid option!

I won't have the trades to get rid of him but his bench scores will just have to be good enough for me. Tempted to do the trade this round

I feel he keeps his average up and gets DPP then I'm all for it.

With this Fainu news I'm considering these buys for Cleary who I'm selling:
    (a) Cleary out - SJ in or
    (b) Cleary out - Turbo in (via C. Watson)
    (c) Cleary out - Fainu in (via C. Watson)

I was going to do (b) & not go (a) because Watson to SJ will be an easy trade down the line & with SJ's high b/e this week his price will drop. The only thing putting me off SJ is that the Sharks have a lot of attacking options & SJ would be competing with the likes of Moylan, Townsend, W. Graham, Gallen & Fifita (when he plays) to get his hands on the ball. At the Warriors SJ was the main man but at the Sharks there's 4-6 main men. So I was going Turbo because imo he'll outscore most of the halves like SJ. Now with option (c) emerging I have to say I'm very tempted to get Fainu but eventually he'll be back to the bench so I will pass.
