Walters can be seen in the captains run practising his in game kicking and first receivership... not sure this really aids in anything.

He has played some big mnute games this year but scores have been shit. Could be a decent option for this week and next but probably a waste of a trade.

I need to do something with Lomax. I don't see him getting back in the starting team with Widdop nearing return.

@Milchcow Are the price changes after the BYE round bigger or smaller than usual?

Bump - need options by the end of the day, currently 3 there, could do with a couple more.

Hey guys, consensus so far seems to be that for the community team we will vote on a two week trade plan.

So if you want to contribute to the different options head over to NRLFF community managed fantasy team

    Post your:
    * proposed trades for this week

    * proposed trades for next week

    * Team post trades (i.e. the team we will have going into week 17) cash remaining and trades remaining.

We will then compile the options and vote on them tomorrow.

Team can be found in the thread 2nd most recent page. Currently 7 trades left with $216k in the bank.

So I need a little help on this decision.

My original plan was to sell Robson in R17 or 18 and use the funds to upgrade CNK to anyone.

However I ran a different scenario and if I went Brittain to Coates/Farnworth/Walters I'd have 271k in the bank which would give me around 764k to work with pending how CNK's price moves after R17.

I'd have less cash to work with but I could still afford a genuine gun and I'd probably have better depth with Robson and if I picked the better Broncos winger. Plus I'd get an extra R16 player.

I'll probably end up playing Farah this week and hope his price decrease will even out with Watson's price rise, so I can upgrade Watson to Cook in rd18.
Hopefully Cook will play half a game rd17... that would be an ideal scenario

I'd probably keep Brittain and sell Robson to be honest. He is a handcuff for Cook which is pretty important if you own Cook. Otherwise he's a pretty good loop option.

I guess you could say the same for Robson, but his value is higher so that extra $100k could really come in handy elsewhere down the track....

For what its worth, 3 different posters have basically converged on the same plan. 5 trades over the next couple of weeks.

    Milford to SJ
    Sivo to Brooks
Havili to cashout (Walters/Nichools, Broncos winger)

Then Xerri to TTrbo and Watson to Cook

    Team would be:
    Cook
    Fifita Haas
    Lolo Murray Taupau
    Brooks SJ
    Nikora Bateman
    Teddy RTS TTrbo

    CS9 CM9 Ponga AFB

    SST Staggs Cash out Brittain

2 trades left and no money.

If you have any other ideas please post them up, otherwise its looking like this is the way we go.

Pretty gun team to be honest!! Im not sure there will be much better so hoping the forum team can make top 100 by seasons end.

    Smaller

The total value of players that take the field per game is less (because expensive origin players are replacd by cheap rookies) so the $ per point is less, so you get less dollar benefit for scoring a fantasy point than usual

Thanks Milch! That's what I was hoping for. Farah's money loss won't be as bad

Thinking of using 3 trades this week and going Milf,Havili and To’o to SJ,Twal and Coates leaving me with this for this week

    3 trades 164k

    Smith
    Carrigan Haas
    Matterson Twal
    SJ
    Nikora Xerri
    RTS Coates
    McInnes

    Cook
    Taumalolo
    Taupau
    Murray
    Moses
    Tedesco
    Bateman
    Mahoney
    Ponga
    Brittain

Really want to go Xerri to Fainu next week for his cash generation and points leaving me with 2 trades for the run home. Cutting it too fine? Would love some opinions on my team as I think it looks pretty solid

With Ponga probably still missing R17 your WFB & HLF would be Moses, SJ, Tedesco, RTS and ??. Also you have to keep in mind Fifita and whether you want to bring him back with Taupau, Haas and Twal. To get 17 playing (you could use Coates for 17 players but who knows what happens next week) you'd need to prioritise WFB trade (for most likely Mahoney or Xerri) over getting Fainu

Though, getting rid of sst instead of To'o/cnk gives me backup incase of a ponga out in R17 which is likely.

Nicholls or Walters ? Who scores more this week?

Would they both be the main in game kicker?

Would Walters get subbed for Pap to come on, moving Hughes
    To the 1/2s?

Pappy will come on as a rover. As he has in other games.

It's a great story. Makes me think about the purpose of prisons, whether its community safety, rehabilitation or punishment. They've certainly succeeded with the first two but 11 years seems a very short time for beating someone to death.
