With Gurgess out for the remainder Tatola or Knight could be a decent POD.
George Burgess has only been averaging 29 minutes per game this year
Tatola has been averaging 41 minutes per game
Knight has been averaging 39 minutes per game

I don't think Tatola or Knight would pick up enough extra minutes to be worth it

One of them has obviously been eating into Gurgess minutes. With Gurgess gone one of them will not only start but take some of those 29 minutes off him.

Plus with Sua now and Lowe back to the bench they probably won't gain any extra minutes.

I’m pretty much now out of trades (injuries only) and team is what it is...

    The Stats:
    - 10 players 700k+
    - 5 of which are 800k+
    - Bateman and Murray among those that are in my squad but don’t qualify as over the above (gun) prices
    - Lowest average first 13: 42
    - Lowest average 14-17: 42
    - 18th man’s average: 39

    How you guys looking
    -700k?
    -800k?
    -Lowest averages?

After trades (2 left) I'm sitting at:
12 players 700k+ (5 800k+), also Bateman and Murray underpriced as guns
Lowest average in first 13 is 41.9 (SJ), lowest average in INT is 53.6 (Ponga if playing), 18th man is Mann (average 23.2, hopefully only for this week) - have no real capable 19th man (Carrigan) so will have to hope for good late mail & TLT news

Pending injuries in SOO trades this week will be

    Xerri>jurbo
    Watson > Munster

    Leaves me with

    Cook
    Fifita, haas
    Jurbo, Murray, tolo
    Munster, SJ
    Bateman, nikora
    Rts, ponga, teddy

    Smith, McInnes, taupau, fainu

    Cnk, Britain, Coates, stone

Enough trades to move fainu on when needed. And cover a small few injuries. If someone shits the bed, I’ll move cnk from 18th man.

I’ll be fucked if Bateman or nikora get injured

Fitzgibbon ruled out for 5 weeks with ligament damage in the elbow. Guerra? Mata'utia?

AJ also at a 50/50 chance.

Barnett is back round 18. Guerra looked a little butters on the weekend and I feel they are phasing him out. I think big Herman will retain a spot in the starting lineup somehow. He looks hungry after being overlooked earlier this season.

From what ive seen most of these guys play in the middle. Can anyone put Sione to the bench?

    8.Gavet
    9. Levi
    10.J Saifiti
    11.Buhrer (until Klem\Glasby\Saifiti back)
    12.Sione M
    13.Esse esse

    Probably line up after Origin

    Klem
    Levi
    D.Saifiti
    Barnett
    Sionne
    Esse Esse

Maybe sell CNK so you can keep Xerri for centre coverage

Feels good to have a lineup I'm happy with taking to the end (minus Fainu who will need upgrading)

Could always wait on Cook and pray he gets rested and loses extra cash to give a little extra bank

Need one of Ponga/Teddy playing as only have Burns to cover the one spot

Levi played 80 on the weekend and having Watson/mann in the starting team i feel they could pack the bench with forwards and thats bad for Hermos mins.

    Take care

He was told he can look elsewhere weeks ago, so that looks locked up for the knights.

Weighing in on the Fifita trade in,I’m doing exactly the same thing and I think he will be up for the occasion and have a big one. That’s my way of thinking anyway, plus I’m too scared to not have him if he goes boom

In fact with SJ and Ponga you might want to look more at a WFB/HLF. Drinkwater probably the best of them

Hmm yeah you could be right, just not sure I want to burn another trade on Burns. Think I would be more tempted to punt Mahoney for Turbo and run Ponga in the halves once he’s right leaving SJ as 18th man. Really want Jurbo too but I know you can’t have them all.

Who should I sell out of Staggs and Dearden?

Dearden has averaged 37 from his 4 games whilst Staggs has averaged 30 from his 9 80-minute games

Staggs is my only centre apart from Nikora and Bateman. If one of those players goes down with a minor injury and is out for out for only 1 week, I wouldn't really want to sell them, so Staggs might be useful

I'm likely to hold whoever I don't sell for the rest of the year unless an injury occurs in my top 17 and I need extra funds to replace the injured player.

I got Dearden, hoping he comes back as half cover

But with Dick Turpin, O'Sullivan does he get his job back?
