got a budget of 600k if something long term happens to SJ, which, unless I'm feeling ballsy/stupid enough to run with no HLF cover for the rest of season with the 2 perfect pillars of good health that are Ponga and A-Rey, pretty much leaves Drinkwater as my only option

I currently don't have Ponga
I was going to wait but if he's available I might get him. I can probably keep Watson another week if starting somewhere. I'd like to hold SJ if it's only a couple of weeks. He finished the game so fingers crossed.

I didn't see the game either, and I have no doubt he was very impressive, as always. But as a round one owner, I don't think I'd be taking a punt on that arm in 2019 again.

Fair enough. I started the year with him also. Was the little engine that could there for a while. I had to play him a few times and did okay. One time was in round 3 for 23 points. It was so I could trade Edwards out and get Bird and Rein in the same week. Worth it.
