Anyone here do Moneyball? I've never really looked at it, but have joined a comp for the 6pm game for a bit of fun. Likely to get slammed by serious players who put in multiple teams..

Wondering what the strategy is for those guys though.. pick a core group of "guns" and mix it up with outside backs who will jag tries?

Nah. I'm an idiot sorry didn't realize Munster was only HLF.

I currently have Gutho in my halves. Can I put Gutho in Emg #8 position, play Munster in HLF (Move Ponga to WFB) and then get Mikaele (FRF) score if I put him as Emergency #5?

Are you trying to avoid Gutho score. That strategy won't work because Gutho would just sub back into HLF but if you had enough HLFs and WFBs as so you could put Munster on INT you could get Mikaele over Gutho because of EMG order

Decent enough. I held Xerri one more week because CTR is a tricky position and even though the weather is a bit wet and cold, Warriors might fade end of the game, plus new combinations with both wingers missing.

Is the weather bad enough to play Murray instead of SJ?

Was feeling good about SJ tonight (hence leaving Murray out)..
