Lockout opening just isn't exciting anymore

1089 sees me climb to rank 25
More importantly I clawed back some of the yardage I lost to the leader in the Rabbitohs League, now only 50 points shy. Teams too similar for my liking though.

can i start calling this 'the famous Surmo charge'? left my run way too late, but i've shrunk my rank from 9729th at the end of R15 to 6019th at the end of R18, i distinctly remember a few weeks ago telling 5000th that i'd be coming for him at some point this season, i didn't expect to be this close this soon, i just hope my team doesn't fall apart before then.

Fifita in EMG for Carrigan (unless Verrils gets the start) and going to Captain Cook over Cam this week, because good lord Cook should rack up a record-breaking number of TBs running circles around the Dragons.

Any idea how long Fifita will miss?

I scored 1072 and only moved up like 40 spots. Still ranked shit at 393 so I know how you feel.

Dammit.. losing in the mods league cemented me in last place. If I won I would have been 8th.. what hurts more is I lost to Random

It'd be dumb to fight it so that's probably exactly why he might but still 1 week I'd say.

I think we've from the scores this week that it's going to be very difficult to climb ranks from here on end. Most teams are set and similar. Anything could happen though I guess.

This is where my atrocious depth comes back to bite me. Legit considering trading Robson out to Burns and leaving me with 1 trade left just so I have some damn decent depth.

I could also consider trading Fifita out but if he's just going to miss one week then that's pretty much a waste.

I made up just over 1000 ranks this week alone, of course i expect diminishing returns for my scores the higher up the ladder i get, but if i can fluke a competitive team through to the end with one trade remaining, i don't think think a ranking in the 3000-4000 range is out of reach for me.

It’s hard at the pointy end, if you’re pumping out 1000s ranked where Surmo is or I am you’ll do ok haha.

I got 1077 and inside the top 3000 now.

I was just trying to go against the grain. My options were Milf and Friend which I took but I could of had Tommy T and Cook.. Sometimes following the crowd is the way to go

I really want Klemmer. And I’m leaning on Taupau to him. Convince me otherwise. Leaves me with 3 trades left

funnily enough, picked the majority up from just Captain Cam in the early game (he took me to 6300th), thought i would get crazy gains from my Manly 3 but then it snailed along to the current rank.

So I'm ranked 323 but still only 43 in the fanatics league....it's almost like you guys know what you are doing

Mate, my son's team is leading the Rabbitohs league. Unfortunately he brought in Friend as a super POD, so that's worked out well for you. Have a couple of trades in hand to correct. 

If I do win and there's any Bunnies merch I'll have it forwarded to you & Rabbits, but I'm sure you'd rather win legitimately. Any idea what the prize is?

My round 5 overall rank was 15083.
1062 this week moves me up 324 spots and gives me a shit rank of 3440.
