Interesting point but I'd probably never captain someone I'm bringing in that week as in the unlikely case of a warm-up injury you can't reverse the trade because your captain is locked. Obviously it impacts people that already own him the same as he'd be locked out but if you were buying now you'd want all games played
Fingers crossed and touch wood the unlikely scenario doesn't happen and he busts out an 80
Don't want to sway you away from Moses, because I'm currently on him. In his current form he's usually safe for 40-45 base at the moment (400KM, 15-18 tackles, 60-80 RM)

Also his average in games they've won is 66. I don't see the eels losing.Camo123 wrote:

LB complaint about over-postingLiverpool_Bulldog wrote:
I don't mind the first part about how your season is going but posting your team when you have no trades and no question actually relating to it is kinda weird and just comes across as boasting. I suppose if i had a better rank i wouldn't mind but yeah.
Just carry on mate
Hilarious.
seen it all from you this year buddy. Still, nothing will top when you were heckling someone for posting too many trade ideas earlier this season

Sorry posted before reading you and the Welshman had it out a bit. Didn’t mean to add fuel to the fire, but did laugh out loud at you with danseels LB. Dan has had a slightly better (almost exactly same) team as me all season so I wish you every success lad

A few added thoughts on head to head:
1: All else being equal, leave trades as late in weekend as possible. In this case, even if Brown plays shit you get to see how all others players and may not need to trade Fifita
2: If you’re ahead during the weekend, sometimes you can lock in a win by matching a player rather than playing your “best” team.
3: If you’re behind during weekend and look like losing, try to create differences. Could even “weaken” your team but increase chance of a win. A few years I got a massive upset when I traded GI to Calker at last game of round.
4: If you’re favourite I always go safe on captain (Cook, Smith, Haas). If I think I’m the underdog I’ll go captain risky - someone with big upside: Teddy, Moses, Turbo, Munster.

We all have salty posts at times, it's human emotion especially when you are not doing as well as you would like. I think some of the fanatics that do really well like top 100 year in and out would struggle being ranked 1000 or higher. As a poster that has only had the highest rank of 500, seeing people unhappy with top 100 rankings does make one a bit salty, but I've learned to live with it and enjoy the game more for what it is, than rankings.
LB wasn't really complaining about over posting, but I think we should just let it go. We are all valuable posters here and all input makes the place what it is.

I think the C is going on Cook this week for me. Been a very long time since it has been there and I am expecting a big 80 score from him. 40+ tackles, 1 LB, 2 LBA, 1 try, 1 TA, 3 TB's, 80+ metres.

I finished 115th last year and was made commissioner of L1 (strange decision haha), so yes I am finding 3500th pretty strange after thinking I had broken into an elite category.

I'm selling Twal and have 197k itb to buy a front-rower
I have done some research and come to the conclusion that Lodge is the best option. It would leave me with 44k itb and 2 trades remaining.
I was just wondering if I should get a cheaper option in case one of my players gets injured and I need the extra money for the replacement

Perese confirmed to debut from bench tomorrow. Has 117 TBs in 15 games this season for redcliffe. One to keep an eye on for next season, if he wound up starting in round 1 and likely basement price.

Broncos website also confirming Gillett and Glenn are out, looking good as a Carrigan owner, he seems to deliver a 50+ score when I need him most
