    Assumes this means Simonsson will take his place

    Rugby season ends by R9 and he may be back for Raiders

    NRL has ruled he can't play both codes in same season so previous edit is void

    Fainu what an idiot if true. Now instead of being a rugby league star earning a lot of money he'll rot in prison. I wonder if he'll hook up with JDB in prison.

    What’s Manly’s best play here... chase Josh Reynolds and hope the Tigers foot most of the bill? issac Luke as a one-year stopgap? Sione Katoa? Elgey out of retirement?

    Also Warriors/Raiders R2 is a double header with Blues/Brumbies super rugby. Not sure it would work in Aus, but not against trying it.

    Katoa already signed with Bulldogs

    Probably going to be Danny Levi now he'd be behind J Brailey & Watson

    Honestly what an idiot Fainu is, and only last year he avoided charge for the filming without consent

    Due to so many people being there he could get off because how can they prove it's him unless the police have compelling evidence like his dna on the knife or an eye witness.

    He was already refused bail in court. I assume it's going to be a long court case so he will likely get stood down under no-fault stand-down until court case is complete. Reckon he's done for in 2020 at the minimum (JDB's case went from last 2018 and has shown no sign of being close to an end)

    Bit sad if his innocence is true. He will be unable to play NRL all year, probably longer, until it is proven. It is just too easy to destroy an NRL players career these days.

    NRL & Todd Greenberg have announced Fainu is immediately subject to no fault stand down until completion of court proceedings

    If he receives bail he can train but not cannot play until matter is resolved
