If Grant nabs that hooking role he will be in my team. Might even start with him as my main hooker. He honestly is a walking 50+ score already. Absolute tackle bot, loves a bit of a run and can find the try line.

Momirovski is a starting centre for us, so you wouldn't think he'd be traded away for a reserve grade hooker (but it is the Tigers, so maybe we should just be grateful we aren't letting Momo walk away for free)

So I'd assume Grant would play first grade, although possibly from the bench

So it works as this.

Storm will send Grant to the Tigers for the 2020 season while still paying his wages.

Tigers will send Momirovski to the Storm for the 2020 season while still paying his wages.

Both clubs would like to sign their respective players for the 2021 season and beyond; however, Storm are in need of an outside back this year and Tigers are in need of some hooking depth. Tigers have ample amount of outside backs and Storm have ample amounts of hooking depth.

Both players would return to their clubs at the end of the year.

I like it in both RL and fantasy. In fantasy, it would potentially clear the runway for two cash cows - Grant and Talau.

Momirosvki is off contract this year so in reality, the Storm could sign him for next year, if they like how he goes..

Could mean JAC back to Tigers... or is the Souths deal happening?

I reckon MBye goes back to centres. I read somewhere that talau wont play any grade of footy til about round 6 this season

In the NRL.com article it said that the Tigers were keen to keep Momirovski and re-sign him. He is apparently in negotiations to re-sign with the club already.

Kid has a great head on him for hard work. The fact he played all those games last year with a busted knee and arm really makes me think he'll be fit for Round one. if not will probably just swap him with Knight.

Outside of ctrs/wingers of Bird/Staggs/Boyd/Oates there is Coates, Arthurs, Perese, Kennar, Kahu as backups and Herbie probably falls somewhere toward the lower middle in pecking order.
