Hey chaps, rookie question time. And this applies to both this format and Supercoach. If you want to reverse a trade in either format, you need to reverse all trades and start from scratch? No option to reverse single trades?

Yes. Rollback team or nothing

And after Thursday's lockout you can't reverse anything. So always best to wait until the last possible minute to make trades (assuming you have the time and patience on your hands to do that)

My trades this week:

OUT: DFifi, Knight, Williams, Aekins
IN: Twal, JHoppa, Yeo, Drinkwater

Lolo (C), Haas (VC)

Thanks for the confirmation. Damn. I think I need to reverse Flegler. Not sure it's so wise to bring him in. Still not 100% sure there's better options though...

I dont mind flegler as a trade.

My team is a bit screwed by TLT and antics of players over lock down, but for what its worth:

Out: Friend, Fifita, Wakeham, Williams

In: Brailey, Flegler, DCE, Hopoate

Basic strategy is a quick cash grab on Brailey Flegler and Hop over the next 3 rounds which should enable me to bring in a couple more guns.

Good trades GK. I'm concerned about J.Hoppa's future job security, but it's hard to argue against buying a starting 2RF for $171k.

Hey R&T. I would be a bit worried about the future job security of Flegler and J.Hopoate, but they should make you the cash that you are looking for over the next couple of weeks.

You won't make much (if any) money out of DCE. I assume that you are buying him as a keeper. Did you consider buying a money-making half instead, e.g. Moses (possibly a keeper), D.Brown (a possible stepping-stone to Cleary in 2 weeks)?

Admittedly Im a bit short on time this year but Im not worried about their JS, all I want is 2-3 weeks more out of them, which should be some decent coin, and the timing will be perfect to cash one out and upgrade the other (hopefully!). Brailey will be come Grant in 2 weeks in all likelihood.

As for DCE, I have Cleary and Moses, so getting DCE means I have what I consider to be the 3 best for the year, and cover for Cleary for 2 weeks. Sacrificed money making for points in that instance.

Its a weak 17 for this round (with me having to play 3 of Hopate, Katoa, Lomax, Luai, Hampton, Kenedy) but in a coiuple weeks I'll have Cleary and Aubs back on board...

That said, looks like u were right about flegler. Might change that trade. Lodge back this round probably makes him not viable, although I’ll check out the numbers...

Have most of the main trade targets already. The ones I don't have are either of dubiou sjob security, or out of my price range.

Using DPP to switch DFifita out for Isaako, and Jamil Hopoate in as a cashout, but I'm a bit short in 2RF so will need to bring in someone there shortly. (Maybe someone for JWilliams this week)
Might bring Frizell in, he;s more temptingly priced here than Fantasy.

As mentioned also thinking about Cleary to Turpin. I think Turpin might be a good shout in the halves.
Then in 2 weeks can cash out JBrailey to Grant to fund getting Cleary back in via George Williams or Luai. Just a bit of a risk committing to trades in advance as it leaves me vulnerable to the unexpected injuries.
But want to get as much cash as I can from Brailey before Grant comes in, so I think that is going to be a round 5 trade whatever happens.

Do people think Flegler or Guler are good long term options? I'm planning on letting them pass by as flash in the pans.

Edit, to actually post something useful- I've passed on Fleg and Guler as well. I prefer the guns and rookies at this point

With trades already committed to Hopoate and Brailey I wouldn't want to be stuck with short term options like Flegler or Guler. The Cleary to Turpin plan makes sense if you like his scoring potential, but it's another trade burnt to get Cleary back

Players don’t get you points while on the bench.

If you have a dpp in halves like drink water or similar I would turf Cleary knowing that you have 4 halves and 5 wfb that could potentially become Cleary if need be.
