In and ready to win, everything.
FB and CTR are a bit of a selection nightmare this season.
Was thinking of running Ponga as a smokey, but looks like everyone else has had the same idea!
Not seeing many mention Turbo or RTS. Not sure sure on RTS though.
Who are we all looking at for the CTR spots? I was considering isaako and Staggs but changed my mind after tseeing the 9's performance. Lomx and Best probably the only two locked in at this stage.

Haven't really looked at ctw. Trying to avoid it in both formats until tlt.

I like Burns and think he is underpriced if he stays injury free...but that is a pretty big if. I currently have Burns/MBye/Lomax/Best and Talau + 2 171k cows on the bench. MBye is a risk and may end up being downgraded for possibly Mann or a cheapie. However, if he looks like playing hooker ill probably stick with him. My original strategy was to go really strong in the forwards and skimp on the WINGS/CENTRES but i think my current team with Best and Talau at 4th-5th spots in the wings/centres is the best balanced. There are a few 2rFs who i think represent value. Those are Williams, Stimson, Magoulias so instead of going with a real gun or a D.Fifita or Garner who might improve to be a genuine gun at the 3rd 2rF position ive gone for Williams. I dont really like the idea of having Williams at the 4th 2rF spot and after a fair while of not having him in my team 'for team structural purposes' ive found a way to select him while still being happy with the rest of my team. Ill chuck my team up in the next post.

Re: SuperCoach 2020
There is my current team. I'm pretty happy with it at the moment but a few spots are still up for grabs.
- Ill say that my hookers and fullbacks are locked
- Then 3 of my FrF spots are locked in with Hola the only ? mark.
-5/6 2rFs are locked with Koloamatangi the only ? mark. I may move him to FrF if a better 2rF cow becomes available.
- Halfbacks are locked
- Johnson is locked in as my starting 5/8. Brimson or Drinkwater is a decision im struggling with as my 2nd 5/8. Hypothetically i could select both if i ditch Edwards but i think Edwards is a bit of a POD and think at his best he represents decent value so he stays.
- Lomax & Best are locked in the centres but the other 5 spots may change with MBye the most likely option for me to cull. Burns is nearly a lock but there is a small chance he changes if there is a flow on effect from cutting MBye or changing my bench
- Papi is locked and 99% likely i keep Edwards but if i make massive changes to my centres, then who knows what i could end up doing?
Anyway, overall i think ive got a decent mix but i really hope a decent (and hopefully cheap) centre/wing emerges before the start of the season so i can fix up that position.
Thoughts on where i have gone right/wrong?
EDIT: $11,300 in the bank

Re: SuperCoach 2020
I have never managed to play for a full season of SC but jumped in this league and can hopefully keep at it for the season
I guess attacking players are way more relevant in SC than fantasy as the scoring is far greater for tries, TAs, LBs, LBAs but KM-reliant players suffer
For reference here is my team, even though I'm very much a SC rookie with 11k ITB (bolded brackets = reserves)
Koroisau (B Brailey)
Haas Knight (Tetevano 171k)
Taumalolo Kikau Fifita (Leilua, Su'A, Magoulias)
Cleary (Moses)
G Williams (Luai)
Burns Simonsson Lomax Best (Talau 171k 171k)
Ponga (Papenhuyzen)

That is correct, attacking players are definitely more relevant. Looking at your team and it looks great except for the 5/8 position. Will Williams play? What are you hoping Luai/Williams will average? I really like your 2rFs but maybe dropping 1 and improving your 5/8s could be beneficial? I think you've got a great team on paper and if you get away with those 5/8s you will be in very good stead.

It's George Williams not Sam Williams should have specified. Would think he would play week in week out
I think he could average 50 in SC and it looks like he's priced around 35 average (not sure on specific mechanism for SC), and given the options around his price look pretty dire and he's priced 300k cheaper than he is in fantasy I think he's worth a risk. Raiders have a very kind draw to start which would be good for SC attacking players

Oh yeah, of course. There are far too many Williams' haha. I don't really rate G.Williams but he is cheap and a favourable draw definitely makes him relevant. Indeed a worthwhile risk!
