Good trades. Klemmer is brilliant. Safe as houses. Currently im thinking i want to get Cam Smith back in my team given the storm's easy run home so im hoping to have just enough cash to grab him next round if he is selected. His BE will be massive but if i have the cash i'd rather get him ASAP.

EDIT: Not sure ill have enough cash to get Haas back when he returns though. Maybe ill have to upgrade Carrigan to him

I'm already holding Smith and Munster, which in hindsight wasn't wise, but now Haas! I think I'll trade Haas because I can't rely on Rudolf. I'm struggling to get back into the top 100, so I need some risks, eh?

I’ve got tevaga and McInnes in my hookers so have flexibility but I may try run without as I need to raise some cash and cbf at this stage

This is the first time I've played SC and I know I'm not trading smart, but I brought in Mofo and Fitzgibbon this week. My team is so stacked I have no idea how to pick my reserves every week. I'm playing Staggs over Talakai and Fitzgibbon and feel like I'm going to regret it. Should probably go Fitzgibbon, but then what's the point in having Staggs in my squad? That said, what's the point in having Fitzgibbon in my squad? lol. Confusion engulfs me.

And then when Haas and Munster comes back, how do I pick reserves then??

LOL, I think it is best to worry about this week only, because with injuries etc the story keeps changing. I'm not sure about Staggs, but go with your gut.

Usually I'd say Matterson's score isn't enough, but now with weather forecast and SJ out and heaps more games to come, I might be tempted. Hammer might get more. I haven't even settled on a Capt yet, so hopefully someone wiser will answer you, lol

Yeah I think I’ll hold strong. Hammer way too likely to be crap and ponga has hit form

Should I captain Teddy? Bateman? Lolo? I'm just doubting myself because I almost put the C on Mansour last night, then chickened out, now I don't trust myself to choose!

I had all those and more in mind (well not Mansour haha) this week, and defaulted to Cleary since I couldn't decide.

I noticed Taumalolo averages 41 from 10 games vs. Newcastle (includes an injured 4), so that kinda scared me off. Scored 85 vs. them last time though.

Bateman I felt like I was just putting weight in the opposition and feel edge forwards are a gamble. Scored 20 last time I captained him too

Teddy was my initial thought with Cleary as VC, but we kept him somewhat quiet in the only 2 games he's played against us. I feel he's been too quiet lately though and might be in for a big one.

I am thinking about Bateman too but I think you’re going to get a fairly safe score with him. Ponga seems to be favoured in most of the leagues I’m in so I’m going to stay put as me trying to pod captain doesn’t seem to work.

Thanks, I have it on Teddy atm, so I think I'll leave it there. I have a gambling rule, "when in doubt, do nothing" so that may apply to SC too

My fantastic run continues.. Both trade-ins injured for a combined 47 (Koro and Starford).

Played Starford since I'm still holding Cam, Haas and SJ.

Can't wait for this season to end. This game is miserable.

Agree. Nothing going right this season.

Koro and Taumalolo to Cook and Matterson most likely my trades.

Hopefully Cam and SJ back this week, signs are positive at this stage.

Matto and Harris were my initial thoughts. First time I haven't owned Harris for years, but I'm sure he'll do a hammie as soon as I jump on Figure I'll do us all a favour and swerve.

Feels like I've spent a majority of trades on injured ctw's.

Yeah I definitely had a few rounds ago. Lomax was 1/7 and had traded Latrell in and out amongst them too

Cashed out to Asi recently and Starford too last week. Mostly been injured HKs and SRs the past month.

Jeez the late exclusion of SJ fucked me in this format. As I have SJ and Munster it forced me to cop Averillo's 9. Ended a run of 1300+ scores I've been rolling out for over a month now. Bummed to see the run end. I don't know what's "good" in this but I was pretty happy to be in the top 5000 in my first year, but I've dropped out now. Hope to climb back.

I guess Matterson finally comes into my team this week for Lolo. I really need SJ or Munster to be 100% too.
