What were they? Also second string teams both no?

Parra were a lot closer to their 1st choice team.

Without wanting to labour a point made by others

Referring to trial stats without posting them or how to get them should be a bannable offense.

Were these real stats or just some guy making up his own at home?

Sorry I thought everyone by now knew about nrls stat centre.. it was more the 30 tackles and 100 run metres in two short stints that’s all. I’ll fucking shut my mouth now

Naw you alright, Fishy. I have had a gut feel about Turgess that the stats just can’t back up. Played about 50 mins last night which is far more than usual. The problem is that historically an increase in minutes hasn’t really helped his fantasy scores. But he just keeps trying harder and harder every season. I still don’t think I can do it though, just too much weight of evidence over so many years.

Stats weren't on League Live app, which I've used in the past. And they aren't on the NRL.com desktop site.

They are on the NRL app (Android) for those that want them

Speaking of AubboTrap2020, with news that Lomax might not be goal kicking there is suddenly a lack of viable centre stocks. With Talau and S.Crichton seemingly unlikely to make the 17 and Best injured, Watkins is the only one that tempts me otherwise. Some are hot on Suli but I just can’t go there. Anybody else suddenly feeling the love for a double gun Aubbs Love and Burns combo? My team has come full 360 back to where it started with these two. It goes against the usual plan, but with all these cheap hookers and second rowers around, I feel that this might finally be the year to get away with spending big in the centres. In the past it’s been a bad idea because rookies can score similar for a fraction of the cost. But tell me who is putting up 40s (or even close to it) for less?

Paul Turner starting in the halves for Keighran who's moved to rake.
Pulu and Jackson Frei promoted to start in the forwards over Makatoa and whoever #10 was who has dropped out of the side... Lisone?

They are my starting centers, can still have a decent squad with both of them there.

I thought someone mentioned it here? Laugh 3 Possible it was on one of the podcasts I listened to yesterday, I had a 6 hour drive full of them so it’s hard to pin down, but I’ll try to find out which one. Someone mentioned Norman might be kicking instead. Charity Shield will let us know for sure.

FYI Warriors Storm trial is currently on Kayo(and I assume Fox) with quite a few first graders featuring for both sides

Yep, I’m currently running with both of them in my centres. Didn’t compromise the rest of my team as I thought it would. Should give a decent edge to teams who are running pretty weak centre partnerships

Some of the commentary is just classic NZ

"Just a quick update on Frei, he has done something to his knee".

...yeaah that was pretty obvious when he was helped from the field 10 mins ago

Liam Martin. Averaged 39.4 in his 5 games at lock last season, but that included 17 points in demerits per game. Any chance Cleary drills some discipline into him, or he just continues to come charging out of the line? Priced at 37 it would take some really big balls to pick him even if he does push JFH back to prop, but surely he can’t miss MORE tackles? He has the potential to be a premium gun, it’s so frustrating to watch (last season owner)

His missed tackles aren't the type a coach cares about. Shooting out of the line and shutting down a play with huge contact but dropping off the tackle is good for the team, but fantasy doesn't reflect that. I don't think Cleary would have asked him to stop doing that
