    Friend,
    Haas, Carrigan
    Taumalolo, Fifita, Stimson
    Cleary, Drinkwater
    Aubbs, Lomax
    Pappy, Brimson, Aekin

    Koro, Brailey, Luai, Curran

    Musgrove, Magoulias, Koloamatangi, Leleisiuao

Basically same structure as mine. I'm banking on a playable 246k declaring themselves if it's not Curran.

I have Leilua/Hess/Williams vs Stimson, Moses vs Cleary, Burns/Aubs will be my centre with Lomax, Mann vs Brimson, Brailey may become Stimson if named.

You'd think Kamikamica, Tino at the top of the pile. I'd like to see Schonig get the 17 personally, looked great in the trial really getting involved in everything. Or does Grant sneak in there as a sub for Hughes moving CS9 to Halves late in the game?

Christian Welch will be one of the first picked.

He was back to full training at end of January so should be right for round 1

Had a look at his stats at FB in 70+ minute games. If he can average 45.1 for a spoon team, he can surely get somewhat near that this year with a better coach and better team around him

Why would it be disaster? You just stick him on your interchange.

I don’t think Curran starts, I think he gets a bench spot.

Only 15 days until our first TLT Smile Oh the buzz around here on February 10 will be ecstatic.

Can't wait to see soooo many people disappointed that x player wasn't named to start, meaning player y can't fit under their cap. tongue

This is my current boring 1-17 except I have Su’a and Moga instead of Drinkwater and Aekin. But I could do Moga -> Aekin if a assume a few more 228k players. So I like it obvs.

Maybe not better, but at the 9's the Titans actually looked like they wanted to play for their coach/club and seemed a bit more intense.

Just looking into that Titans draw again due to Ash Taylor and Brimson being options. It's more brutal than I thought.

First month of footy is great in NQ, TLT is at 2pm instead of 3pm. Friday night games are at 5pm and 7pm instead of 6pm and 8pm.

Because I’m super competitive and I was enjoying the fact that it wasn’t easy to create a team this year. Curran in everyone’s 17 makes it so much easier. As nice as it is to get rostergasms from your gun squad, it means everyone has a gun squad and inevitably it just comes down to which gun happens to jag a try for the points boost that week. This is why I don’t like supercoach as much. Don’t listen to me though, I’m just a cranky old flog Rolling Laugh

I.Cleary believes T.May proves as a handy utility on the bench upon his return in R5.

Panthers have 4 of the same but Dragons & Tigers instead of Eels & Sea Eagles and yet everyone is also picking Aekins without many people questioning it - opening 6 games of ROOSTERS, dragons, storm, BRONCOS, RAIDERS, TIGERS (Caps = home games)

Aekins also probably only the 6 weeks of gametime as well (obviously price is a factor)

Love the forum. I've been reading it for a few weeks and thought I would make a post. I'm currently running with the following team:

    Friend
    Knight Carrigan
    Su'a Williams Fifita
    Drinkwater Taylor
    Shibasaki Lomax
    Sailor Brimson Aetkins

    Levi
    Koro
    Brailey
    Mann
    Luai
    Magoo
    ?
    ?
    1.67m ITB

Only looking at guys with a chance of improving with the exception of Shibasaki, who is there only because he is DPP and likely to get a start. I'm looking at having a bit of cash in the bank for round 1 to cover for bad choices and injuries, and to pick up missed cows and under-performing guns. Would like at least 400k ITB.

Also, have been wondering why a few people don't think Aubo is the Black Widow anymore.

Frizell (582K) and priced at 40 points. Off contract at the end of the year with Pearce and Klemmer begging him to come to the Knights, I think he is bound for an uptick and could be a handy POD. averaged just under 48 (47.7) points in 2018 and has proved he can push 50 (averaged 51.4 in 2015). Last year (38.7) was by far his worst in his career and was constantly asked to move around due to injury.
If he can get back to playing 60-80 minutes on the edge I think he could possibly be 7-10 points underdone and either turn into a borderline keeper or become a great stepping stone to a gun around Origin time.

Finding a POD in 2rf around this price is hard because there are so many option 550K and under that could score similar to some of these players. With this pick, you know what you are getting; an absolute work horse who gets through a lot of work and knows how to find the try line.

    So many potential disappointments
Crichton, Stimson, Carrigan, Drinkwater, Hess, Capewell, Aubusson, Curran, every $246k player currently in people's starting 17

(not saying all of these will disappoint, but almost certainly some of them will)

Stacking hookers is a good fantasy move, not sure it works in reality

    Welcome Holy Moly

In regards to your team. I wouldn't take the risk of running with Friend as your only real captaincy option.
And the black widow has a way of luring people into his trap with his charm, just look at that smile:
