Ain't that the truth & it's going to become even more stressful when we're 1 hour out from lock out & we still have no idea on our team haha. That's when the self-loathing sets in.

Stage 1 - 6 months out from lock out where we're so pumped & happy that nrl fantasy is around the corner
Stage 2 - we start composing our teams & we are still pumped & happy but confusion/anguish sets in when we realise we can't afford half the players we want
Stage 3 - omfg lock out is tomorrow, I have created 100 teams & I'm more confused as ever so we pray to the fantasy gods for assistance/guidance
Stage 4 - lock out is over & this is my crap team & it scores no where as well as I was hoping & after the first week my rank is rubbish.....that's where the self-loathing sets in & the trade rage begins.

    cheer

Hahaha Yep been through all that for years. Last year, I had finally decided on a team and then minutes before lockout I made changes to it. Let's see if it happens again.

I think part of trade rage is just having something to do. Imagine creating a fantastic round 1 team and then come the next round having no changes to make. I'd be happy having my team, but wouldn't get to have the pleasure of making trades. A Catch 22. I love trading and without it, I'm just playing with stuff in my mind.

Eels team for trial after being named alphabetically during week

Starting 13: Gutherson, Sivo, M Jennings, Salmon, Ferguson, D Brown, Moses, Paulo, Mahoney, RCG, Lane, Matterson, N Brown

Bench: Niukore, Terepo, Evans, Stone, W Smith, G Jennings, Dunster, Field, Parry, Gower, O Kaufusi, Utoikamanu, Alvaro, J Fonua

Basically expected starting 13 minus Blake who will probably be fit for R1

Panthers update from Bega: “Viliame Kikau has been rested while James Fisher-Harris (shoulder), Mitch Kenny (elbow) and Kurt Capewell (quad) are unavailable as they continue to rehabilitate their respective injuries”. Still should be a great game though!

Poop. Didn't realise Capewell was injured. I like him for one of my centre spots.... might have to rethink.

Not sure if mentioned yet, but with Tex Hoy's promotion to the top 30. Is he considered a potential cow? Lots of people in a race for the one or two spots in the Knights backline but Hoy and To'a only ones that maybe interest me a touch. Cheers

I think he’s just been promoted out of necessity because if they want him to be fill in for Ponga during Origin period he has to be in top 30

If I may, a quick shout out to a mate who runs The Tribe Sports App. Free download. Provides great text commentary of all League games (even trials). Perfect for when you can’t get to a telly

Heard today that the Josh Morris to Roosters deal is looking like it's going to go through in a couple of weeks (Sharks want him until Moylan returns from injury), bad news for Aubusson? You would assume he'd be sharing minutes with Crichton if that's the case

    https://www.foxsports.com.au/nrl/nrl-premiership/nrl-2020-josh-morris-contract-sydney-roosters-cronulla-sharks-transfer-fee-rugby-league/news-story/27f062449eb91e3adab8ee8838b5b1dd?fbclid=IwAR3cqUvFDVYkIZXVEayqcKbS14Xulyo5rhYY4mn2SmFU8aIZWF-ebOsp8oY

There's the link btw, Burns averages 45 at centre though with only 1 try so I think the best option is to just pick him instead and pocket the $1k
