A Souths member who I’d say is generally around 75percent right with his info has said that he’s heard Koloamatangi has won himself a bench spot for round 1. In regards to how many minutes he would get I have no idea. He is primarily a second rower but can play middle and he started at lock last season for our CC side in 12 games and averaged 49 points a game. From what I saw he played around 55mins a game.

He may not be one to go with for round 1 but if Souths get another injury in the pack come rounds 2, 3 and 4 Koloa could be a very good option.

Lomax or Watkins? Surely Lomax is safer with GK, hopefully he goes back to centre soon! I just can’t trust that Titans opening draw. Neither full me with any kind of confidence.

The best thing going for Lomax is his 32.2% ownership, so if he's a dud its less of an impact on you, as everyone would be hurting and it'll be a bit easier to him swap out.

The in the mid rangers you can pick from Aubbo, Burns, Ramien and Kotoni.

I feel Ramien is a bit too expensive at 525k.

Burns is made of glass.

Aubbo well he’s Aubbo and he’s not called the “Black Widow” for no reason.

Then Kotoni well when doesn’t score tries I don’t fully trust his scoring but then he’s goal kicking and isn’t he playing right? If Kotoni is on the right he should get good service from Croft, hhhmmmmm.

I dunno what I’ll do for my centres

Ive been trying to fit both Moses and Cleary in but the lack of basement price ctrs and wfb options has meant ive given up going down that path. Last season we had plenty of cheap outside backs but this season looks like all the cheap options are frf.

Im ok with taking a punt on Croft. Dont think i can risk going Walters or Luai as one of my starting halves.

Mate I'd go Kotoni if i had the cash for him. Right now I have Shiba and Lomax with no confidence. What I like about Kotoni is he is always involved in the game whereas other centres can drift in and out of it. It's true his scores aren't that great without tries but those scores would still be around the same of Watkins, Shiba etc. Just thought I'd throw my 2 cents in ahahah

I had Croft in my first initial draft as well.

If Brimson doesn’t play round 1 I’ll be very pissed off.

Lomax is out of my side as he will have quite a few scores around 20 I reckon mixed in with low to mid 30’s scores. Lomax could make 60k but for cheaper Watkins or Shiba could make 90-100k I reckon.

After Bethanys write up I've thrown Croft in alongside Moses at Clearys expense. To make the team work and give me a bit of confidence I need Stimson to start to sure up the bench.

As long as he averages more than current price it don't matter

I've learnt that over the years, the big scorers are worth the salt when mixed with the steady eddies, Ofthen their low scores are covered by someone else going big on the same week

If Brenko Lee gets named round 1 would we take a punt on him?
