NRL Fantasy 2020 Part 18 - Ditch the duds thread

When playing Kennedy in addition to carrying aekins on the npr bench, beware! Kennedy could be a late out for Dugan or sorts. So loop carty or a player from knights tigers titans eels and switch em after for security.

Nb only required when not playing wfb coverage in playing reserves

Are people who are getting Katoa playing him or is it just for the money?

Trades have been harder than I thought they would be this week.

Levi > Hughes
Stimson > Katoa

Short of funds for getting a Cleary/Moses. Hughes getting the love on here and at his price I think he’s worth a punt to become a sneaky keeper. Average of 50 would be lovely
Katoa obviously the cow of the week and am hoping can match Stimsons scores for 120k less. Big money maker if he can average 40s.

He is definitely a middle. has struggled on an edge in the past but excelled at lock for Redcliffe. I think Bullemor might come on to right edge and Hoppa will move to the middle. Bullemor started edge in the trial when Fifita was in the Allstars.

Bullemor is still on a development contract so i don't think he is allowed to start over hoppa? I could be wrong there though.

In his first game of NRL he played 52mins and hit a 43, I feel he will be very close to 80. Let's say 70mins, I feel he will push 50 this week. I am starting him over Stimson, Guler Rudolf and Musgrove confidently.

Not yet. At today's Captains Run the Senior Group and I congratulated him on his promotion to VC though

I don’t think Isaako is anywhere near a 45 average player. Reckon that’s really kind mate

Absolutely.

The KISS principle, obvious move for me is:

Ese'ese/Musgrove --> Flegler/Katoa

But I can't get it out of my head that I need to get in D Fifi now. I can do it a few ways

1. move on Turbo, either playing Kennedy at WFB or bringing in someone like Watkins.
2. have no FRF cover (JTB or Musgrove starting)

Both seem like wild chases but I can't quit either idea.

EDIT: basically in a similar situation to LB but without decent cover

Getting Fifita means Ill be playing 2 cheapies in the 17 Walters and Katoa. Have opted to bench Mann this week

Got Stimson at 18 in the loop

I don't know if it was injury related or not - but exclude the HIA on Elijah Taylor, and the Tigers first sub was bringing Musgrove on For Aloiai, and 2nd sub was bringing Aloiai back on for Musgrove, and Musgrove never came back on.
