Flegler is a decent pick up if you're fixing holes, but he isn't a must imo due to JS. ie no point making sideways trades to get him.

No need to grab every money maker, a new one will come along every other week.

I'm 50/50 on Musgrove to Flegler (After Su'a to Katoa). Don't really need the points - Flegler would bump Mann to jersey 18 so not a huge points improvement. I'm just thinking Flegler might make some cash. Musgrove can become Grant next week potentially though and then I'll have some cash for next week.

yeah I am going to pass on Isaako. No way to bring him in that isn't sideways as all fuck (I can't afford Williams to Isaako though, its a bit more tempting, especially as I know you were wary on Williams prior to lock out)

Just read that Lomax ran a total of 10.1 kilometres per Telstra Tracker data, the most of any player in Round 1.

Wish he was holding the ball for any of that... :/

I was also very wary on Williams but picked him anyway. Hopefully the 60 minute role continues and the points should follow.

Musgrove to Katoa

Musgrove and Stimson my only real two possible outs this week. Not keen on holding Stimson and Musgrove is meh.

Which option would be best?

A: Hess + Aekins > Katoa + Hughes

B: Wakeham > Flegler (play Walters in the halves)

C. Hold trades for a week

Are you serious? Ran for 55m (with the ball), less than Aekins.

Really hard to give advice without seeing your team to know how it impacts scoring

Reading the Tigers forum they are all pumped Grant is coming. Perhaps I should take my fantasy goggles off. Perhaps I should just trade Stimson to Katoa and wait for Grant next week. Bah.

I only started with Walters in SC because he's dirt cheap, bias towards Tigers and more importantly I figured this Storm trade had stalled.

With the trade looking more likely (depending on this Momirovski contract situation), I've made moves to raise the cash to flick Walters next week or tentatively hold on a week-by-week basis.

Granted we can only have 2 HKs in SC, but NRLF's reduced squad size makes it hard to justify trading him in with questionable JS imo.

There are also limited spots for players that you may not want to play every week, need to pick the right ones to occupy those spots.

Trying to pick based off job security so ignoring Flegler & Hors. Second option leaves me 117K ITB & I can just flick Musgrove to Grant next week if necessary. I'm leaning towards the first one because Stimson got the minutes I wanted, but it seems a bit silly to keep Stimson in my 17 with Katoa right there...

Second option also lets me go Drinkwater into the halves next week if Walters is gone.
