    In hindsight Fitzgibbon named at FR is not a good pick. Different role by the looks. I’ll give it another week or two but I’m concerned there. Need to evaluate later but I don’t think it’s going to be too hard for me to find a couple of trades.

    Looks like Webster has overtaken T. Puletua as the urgent sell so Puletua gets another week. Will sell round 3 when the Panthers have a bye if he is a dud again in round 2. Webster to Matt Sing or Matt Gidley will be my trade but I like Sing's dpp status.

    Spoiler:

    Concerns with Fitzgibbon, Schif and Cronk. Fitzgibbon in the front row doesn't fill me with much confidence so he'll be the first to go I think. Schif and Cronk on the watch list.

    Some of the Fitz money will go to fixing my other starting second row spot. I need to get Jones onto the bench (to join the Int/Emg shuffle) so I'll need to spend a bit to 'upgrade' Shack or Tony Martin to a mid price 2RF.

    From memory he swapped position with Shillington once the game actually started - similar to what Panthers did with Yeo and JFH round 1 this year.

    While we don't get to make trades between NRL rounds this week, I imagine we still get to swap players between reserves and playing 17s between round 2 and 3?

    Next week will also be a standalone NRL round

    The following week, when we have NRL rounds 3 and 4 together you won't be able to make trades, but will be able to reorder your 21 between NRL rounds 3+4

    edit: to clarify I will name both rounds 3 and 4 in TLT, and you'll have to name your team for both rounds 3 and round 4 before the round 3 lockout. They don't have to be the same team, but all changes will have to be made before the first lockout (It means you might not be able to go chasing round 3 points, but its mostly to reduce my workload)

    This weeks questions

    Which player is

    1. The biggest dud pick of 2006 - Possibly Fitzgibbon or Matai; any of my under BE base price players
    2. The guy who started crap but will come good - Benji
    3. The most must have player - GI/Hazem
    4. The biggest round 1 trap who you'll regret trading in - Whatuira/Roberts

    Thanks for your mega memory. Im back onboard! (He was a hold for me anyway, but I’m slightly more confident he’ll deliver)

    I think the other thing I maybe underestimated is that in the 12 interchange days it appears second rowers play less minutes I.e. break the milch rule? Or maybe I’ve just been unlucky with the poor scores from my lot.

    Watched the highlights, Some of those JT tries against the Broncos were soft as. Fair to write them off for 2006.

    The bra manufacturer has gone bust
    The specialist in submersibles has gone under
    The manufacturers of food blenders has gone into liquidation
    The dog kennel has had to call in the retrievers
    The suppliers of paper for origami enthusiasts has folded
    The Heinz factory has been canned as they couldn't ketchup with orders
    The tarmac laying company has reached the end of the road
    The bakers have run out of dough
    The clock manufacturer has had to wind up
    The Chinese have been taken away
    The shoe shop owner has had to put his foot down & given his staff the boot
    The laundrette has been taken to the cleaners

    Ugh meant to upvote not downvote this. Sorry. Given the scoring format I’m not getting excited about Amos and Whatuira etc. There was one year Amos scored a try a game but pretty sure it wasn’t at the Roosters

    Yeah I think I looked at my team picks with my NRL fantasy goggles on.
    Michael Luck makes a shitload of tackles but doesn't score tries.
    Dean Collis and Matai were great defensive centres, I don't think they were really noted try scorers. Will get rid of one of them but no idea which one, possibly Matai because that frees up more cash.

    I didn't pick enough cheapie wingers. Have to pick up one of the try scorers I think.
    Fulton has to go and I would love to get Hindmarsh given he scored 50 off the bench but I can't afford him. :/

    Matai/Collis ---> OUT
    Inglis ---> Centre
    Cheapie winger ---> IN

    Liam Fulton ---> OUT
    ??? ---> IN

    I.e. on the basis that there is no price movement directly after R3?
