    Parramatta 28 (G. Morrison, C. Robinson, T. Smith, P. Tahu tries; B. Delaney 6 goals) defeated Wests Tigers 16 (D. Collis, S. McDonnell, P. Whatuira tries; S. Prince 2 goals)

Noone has Tahu or Morrison, but Hindy has a few owners who will be happy to see his 65

Whatuira back in the points too, and Fitzhenry out of them

I changed my trades before deadline to include Morrison, page 5 post 93

    Cronulla 24 (P. Bailey, A. Dykes, L. Thompson, N. Vagana tries; L. Covell 4 goals) defeated North Queensland 22 (L. O'Donnell 2, R. Jensen, M. Sing tries; J. Thurston 3 goals)

North Queensland's first loss of the year

Luke O'Donnell still managed to find his way to triple figures

Thurston half way to the century - he's still maintaining a great average in this comp

Kearney not as good 2nd time out, but 28 is OK

Matt Bowen continues his fantasy struggles, with Darren Albert also on struggle street

Daaaaamn. Luke O’Donnell was on my “hitlist” for forwards I thought suited for this game. Went with the “safe” pick of CP13 instead Evil or Very Mad

Matt scott will not be missed, definitely getting shedded tomorrow. PG13 not scoring all that well at starting lock. I can handle 28 from kearney

    Melbourne 52 (G. Inglis 2, S. Turner 2, M. Geyer, A. Kaufusi, D. Kidwell, M. King, J. Webster tries; C. Smith 8 goals) defeated Newcastle 6 (K. Gidley try; K. Gidley goal)

With Johns out some thought Newcastle would struggle, and struggle they did

Likely targets Inglis and Smith joined by David Kidwell as top scorers in the flogging

Bad news for the Newcastle outside backs
KGidley, Buderus and Simpson maintaining respect (along with unowned Perry and the other C Smith)

Steve Turner back in the tries, good for those who have kept the faith

Finally tries from Smith and Collis. Broke the don't trade in players you don't remember rule on Tsoulos and was rewarded handsomely with 19 points

Kaufusi also is comforting. I'm in a teleconference at work so am constantly refreshing this page.

    Tonight is a good night.

I wasn't playing fantasy anywhere near 2006, but was Lance always this good? I mean, I liked him as a player, but he's up there with BK and Hindy in this...

I nearly traded him in instead of Smith this week (50k cheaper, similar avg and BE, won't play Origin) but couldn't do it based on the lack of name value.

Thanks for those three, took the edge off

331/7 , but most of those come from heavily owned players

By my calcs that should give me $208,800 in the kitty, let me know Milch if this is wrong.

You've actually got $256,000 in the kitty

A much better mistake than being $606k in the hole.
