I'm a little curious to know whether Lawrie can keep scoring 50+

If I get Taumalolo in I’ll have to take a punt on Mansour at 488k to continue doing what he’s doing. Would love Turbo but that means trading out Knight instead of Walters.
A: Knight and Mansour
B: Walters and Trbojevic
Obviously Walters won’t be scoring in the 17 but just trying to lay it out in my head.

Potential for McInnes to move to lock to accommodate Luke might affect mins and middle rotation. There hasn't been any indication whether that preseason rumour will eventuate though
You might be able to wait a week to see rotations as even though average is fair bit greater than BE, he might not go up too much above 25-35k

I agree. This forum is here to help each other improve their teams.
Some posters making statements as though they giving a fact instead of an opinion could cause confusion !!

We'll find out in 24 hours, but it seems to me that Magoulias getting the 13 from Williams is based mostly on Magoulias outplaying Williams in round 2, but on no actual concrete info in addition to that

Despite William's lacklustre performance, I won't be especially surprised if he's still named at 13.
Saw a quote from Morris a couple of weeks ago:
“Your leaders also naturally come to the fore. Chad Townsend has been fantastic, there’s Jack Williams. Bronson Xerri, I saw him training last week and I’d say out of everyone he looks like he has really worked on his body."
Not much in it, but somewhat interesting that he named Jack Williams as one that he's been impressed with since they got back.
I'm sure Morris would be aware there's some pressure on him. He seems to have a good rapport with his players, so I suspect he may be a bit more patient with Williams than Fantasy players/fans are expecting.

If everyone got dropped after 1 bad game we'd need more trades.

The real win is Mago getting named on the bench and trading him in and then in two weeks time he ends up starting anyway. We kind of don't want him starting 13 come tomorrow afternoon because he's then irrelvant because every serious player will trade him in.

I suspect he gets the benefit of the doubt after the break. Williams probably knows himself the pressure got to him and he hasn't performed. Morris will give him a week or two and if he doesn't improve, we know what will happen.

And then I look at some of Mansours scores from last year and all of a sudden not so keen

Had same dilemma I decided to go matters in and turbo instead. Probably have to go the year without tolo tho just can't see the cash generation without gimping other positions

That was last year...the only way of verifying how he is going to go from here on in is to drive around Penrith and see how many houses are left standing

New year mate. If your gut is telling you to take a punt on him, just do it.

His stat line against the roosters in RD1 makes fairly comfortable reading, in regards to base stats.
Few attacking stats in there but 37 ain’t bad

He had zero TB's in that game, according to the stats I have on footystatistics.com, the last time he had zero TB's was back in 2014. Weird.

This seems like it has been way longer than a month since the restart date was announced!!
Can't wait for tomorrow even if it throws up some curly choices
Other than Stimson to Grant I have no idea what I might do and I have Fifita, Walters and Musgrove to deal with (or not)
Warming on Fifita to Matterson and despite my dismal record with base halves if Fogarty is the only option going I might have to jump on board (and then off again in a couple of weeks )
