Kinda liking Milford for the POD potential but Yeo & DCE does leave me with decent more itb

Yeah but Aubbs is likely a keeper, JMK less likely. I had JMK as probably good enough to hold until rd12 but now byes out the window. It's tough though because if Maubbs has more than one week off, then yeah, selling him over JMK might be the better play. Personally I prefer Haas and Turbo to Teddy and Twal at this stage. I'm hoping Teddy drops a bit more with his high BE, but that's always a risk I suppose.

I'm really interested to see the impact of the new rules on player fitness. The game should be faster, less breaks in play and more play time.

Would J Hopoate get three weeks starting, then a bench role (until Fifita is back), or drop out completely when TPJ is back?

I suspect all of them could go well, go with your gut I say. I'm likely going Matterson at this stage.

Tossing up between Hopoate and Fogarty,sticking with Hopoate at this point. How are these trades guys?
Levi,Fifita,Williams and Watkins out for Taumalolo,Turbo,Hopoate and Grant

Anyone else considering being a massive softcock and just dumping Stimson and Fifita for Grant and JTB? It leaves me with Katoa or Jack Williams in my second row but it also leaves me with 2 extra trades.

Only additional move I'm interested in making is Williams to McInnes, which I could do. But I also think it could wait until next week. Depending on what happens with Walters, if Walters milks his last bit of coin this week, I could possibly trade him out next week instead of Williams if Williams comes good this week?

Croft, Mann
Lomax, Watkins
Drinkwater, Papenhuyzen, Hughes

Brailey, Knight, E Katoa, Rudolf

Luai, Wiliame, Walters, Musgrove

My plan for trades is:

Watkins -> Shiba (consistent 30s is enough for me in that wasteland of a position)

Walters -> Grant

Knight -> J Hopoate (3 week cash grab, since it's unlikely Fifita returns before TPJ does)

Musgrove -> Fogarty (with Magoulias not in the 17, I don't have many other options)

Leaves me $472k ITB for the next 2 weeks, I intend on using it to get Cleary plus one other gun if I can.

It's bittersweet isn't it, we have the league back as well as the added stress.

Been catching up on posts and seems like most are using all 4 trades this week so my question is do we get 4 trades this and next week then it's 2 trades onwards for the rest of the season?

With trades being cut down it seems like cash generation is going to be hard to come by (not burning trades for cash grab) so curious to hear what peoples strategies are going forward?

What do you reckon Fogarty's job security is like? I reckon he could be a trap and if he is not can get him next week to convert a mid-ranger to a gun. We have four trades next week too!
