    Stuff Williams.

Horse is still priced at around 36 and I reckon he makes 150k as I think he can average mid to high 40’s.

Just going out now to meet my Nanna who I haven’t seen since start of Covid for lunch.

Trades are done finally thank God. Hopefully no last minute mews throws a spinner in the works.

I had Horse in my team for round 1 as well until like 7 minutes before lock out. That was my biggest round 1 regret not getting him in.

    Trades are

    Knight to Grant
    Fifita to Taumalolo
    Watkins to Capewell
    Williams to Horse

    Leaves me with

    Koro
    Haas Carrigan
    Lucy Taumalolo Horse
    Moses Luai
    Capewell Wiliame
    Shiba Pap Drinky

    Grant Brailey Katoa JTB
    Rudolf Walters Aubbo Cleary

Aren't you worried that Liam Martin comes on takes 30 minutes off Capewell Very Happy

Oh well if it happens shit happens!

Hopefully Capewell gets 65mins and scores 35-40.

    Missed tackles is my concern.

In all honesty are my trades fine?

Cheers mate. I still have a weaker WFB though than others.

It’s only taken me 110 changes or so to get to this point lol!

Do you need any last pieces of help with your side?

Right now I sit just outside the top 2200.

Pretty sure there is a good footballer under all that shit with Williams. When he was off the bench, when he first made 1st grade he looked the goods.

Trades are fine. I'm not convinced by Horse, but I seem to be in the minority on that.

Is anyone bringing in McInnes? I'm tempted as he had a fair few RM last year, just unsure how his knee would go. Not too concerned about Luke signing as he can slot into the back row and pretty much played 80 all last year.

Torn between Mc and DCE and get the other one in about 2-3 weeks time

Which is a fair point, if he gets bumped to the bench and maintains 50ish minutes and hovers around 40-45 he won't offer too much cash and won't be a budget keeper. 42 in Round 2 without his try save. 59 against a bad Titans side with 62 minutes. Only 4 games last year over 40 minutes for an average of 44. It'll come down to what spot he gets moving forward, but at 22 people are hoping Rick goes with the future. It's a risk, but a 500k risk with a 16 BE. Not a lot of good midrangers when youre staring at Williams' 19...

Just some random stats for the people interested in Penrith edge minutes.
The average minutes for 2RF players selected in the second row across all teams was 73.7mins (Edge forwards play big minutes).
However, the lowest average for any club was Penrith: averaging just 61.9mins.
In fact only Penrith and Souths (67.6) averaged under 70mins.

Kikau wasn't the culprit either - played the full match in approx half his games (72min average).
Unsurprisingly Winterstein was the worst minutes for PTH, but even without him they still average under 70 minutes.

Tinkering with Fifita to Jake Trbo instead of Matterson or Twal. I don't think anyone has mentioned him as an option yet. Pretty consistent and breakeven is around his average so price won't shift.

I'm with you, I'm not convinced either way but I think he can wait a week.

Hard to get a read on what will happen with the raiders forwards. Big papa's minutes were down in rounds 1 and 2, that may just have been fitness or the fact they had both games in control from an early stage.

Guler actually got bigger mins in round 2 after a great game in round 1, but again, maybe that was just a result of game situation and a reward for round 1.

Horsburgh played 50 mins in round 2 and came back on when there was a HIA to Tapine.. probably would have come back around the same time anyway, but there werent really any other injuries in that match.

Then you've got Bateman back which will push Tapine back to the middle.

I think 40 to 45's from Horzbrah might be the norm. He's certainly capable of being a 50+ player (much like flegler) but Stuart probably doesn't need him to play those kinds of minutes while everyone else is fit.

Yes but once Aubbo is back I guess your only weak link is Shiba who might go to best, regardless if you bring Fog in you can get Tommy Turbo easily who shouldn't rise in price!

I'm settled on my team, Just unsure whether to go with Yeo instead of Twal and bank the cash! Current team is:

    216K ITB

    Koro
    Haas Twal
    Lucy Taumalolo Carrigan
    Moses Mann
    Shiba Wiliame
    Turbo Pap Drinky

    Grant
    Luai
    A. Hopoate
    Katoa
    Rudolf
    Kennedy
    Walters
    Aubbo

He had a few short games around Origin last year which dragged a few points off his average and if Tommy stays fit this season.....

I reversed Williams to Horse earlier (when I was looking at Jrbo), I think I would rather sit on Williams for a week and see what plays out with everyone minutes, than spend an extra $100k on a dude who hasn't really got a set role yet.

Thinking only the 3 trades this week.

    Fifita/Williams/Musgrove OUT

    Grant/Matterson/Horse IN

    119K itb.

Wait a week on Turbo (BE 49 so hopefully doesn't go too big against the Dogs).

    Team;
    Koro
    Haas Carrigan
    Matterson Lolo(c) Horse
    Moses Mann
    Williame Lomax
    Kennedy Papy Drinkwater

    Brailey Grant Lucy Katoa
Rudolf Luai Walters Maubbs Beating Heart

REALLY WANT YOUR GUYS THOUGHTS ON A 4TH TRADE:
    Walters OUT
    +
Capewell IN 18K itb UPVOTE (1 trade and CTR Keeper)
    OR
Hopo IN 185K itb DOWNVOTE (2 trades, needs to be traded out later, Turbo in R4)
