Rd 2 Nikora was out so Sorensen went to an edge and Mag got his middle role off the bench.

I have a slightly controversial opinion lol But with players like Watkins who obviously won't lose cash, I would be in favour of holding up to 2 weeks until a decent cow pops up. Not saying having that cash in emg is great, but I think it would be worse to trade to a spud, then trade out again

Mate it was my birthday and i was a few beers in...had a punt on try scorer 2nd half on beteasy at $51Ponga Yeo the Mann wrote:Had raiders 1-12. Not stoked on that junk try to finish but loved watching the storm lose! Long may that continue!
Feel like all my players are beating their BEs but I’m having a poor week at the same time!
Was celebrating my tip with a mate as I put the bet on for both of us. Was crushed when they scored!!
@milchcow well done on the draftstars win! My name on there is sporttechdaily. Have been making a few teams per game but doing horribly

That's not that controversial mate and might just do that. Can't wait too long though as money needs to be made.

I still have Mus to get rid of but he plays in game 5 or later for the next 6 weeks I think.... good loop option in the interim.... has a lower value than Watkins and ideally in a short format seasom want all 4 emg making cash but might be able to loop some.bonus pts to even it out until a viable cashy comes up

A couple of really great scores so well done guys. I'm tracking about average at 716/12 with Koroisau, Yeo, Mann, Shibasaki & Turbo to play.
Haha last night I'm watching the league with dad & they show the card board crowd
& the old man says.....there's a big crowd there.

Happy Birthday for yesterday mate! Hard to be too upset after a win like that! Could be your year after a long time of suffering so as a knights fan I’d much rather see you guys win than the storm of the roosters!

Credit where credits due - well done the Warriors. Before raving about how they played the perfect game I want to see them back it up next week because we all know they could just as easily play like mugs.
B. Brailey was pretty ordinary playing 80 mins & he likes a missed tackle. So far I'll be looking to sell him along with Walters in round 4.

Very much considering it for Wakeham, already have Grant, Fog, Katoa, JTB. Every chance he comes back in with an injury or Lewis inevitably gets dropped againRapture_NRL wrote:

Question for Math wizards, with the high scoring round reducing price increases does that also have an effect on players predicted BE for the following week?

Thanks mate! I've got to admit I do love the raiders but I wouldn't be in the league as the traditional supporters, only been following league the last ten years or so and I do have a soft spot for a few teams. Seeing the raiders play to their potential has been amazing though

I expected Magoulias to get around 35 minutes scoring somewhere from 28-30. Based on my predictions I had him making more cash than a 50 odd minute performance from Grant. Didn't expect a try from Grant or Moylan to play lock. For now looks like I'll be burying Magoulias at 21 and waiting for the talent to shine through while he gets that slow burn
Capewell and Mann are in less teams than I expected, so will need some big scores along with Turbo and Luai today

In short the answer is yes. Assistant coach break evens are normally based on the magic number from the previous week, so a high scoring round would throw off the calculations. I believe Milchy and MTB both adjust the magic number to a more "normal" number when it is too high or too low from an abnormal round. As always break evens are an educated guess, where you can't tell the exact break even for each player until after all 8 games have been played, at which point they are pretty useless

I'm tempted to trade Magoo straight back out. You're idea is probably right though and if he's not named is very loopable the next few weeks.

In hindsight I should have played Aekins over Magoulias, but I thought a 35 minute lock would outscore a 50 odd minute fullback

I thought I was tracking ok. Only 4 lowest players scoring 30-40 and most have them Drinkwater Williame Rudolf Brailey but 732/13C and only Api Capewell Shiba Mann left. Seems a bit weak.
Do I do Mann>Luai to bank the 100k or terrible move?

With Mann's speed & footwork he could thrive under these new rules & with Ponga out this round he might get more ball in attack.

Yeah. I really wanted Luai and only 39k itb for future moves only reason. Would never think of selling Mann with 8 be otherwise.
Also some saying Luai could lose out to Burton when Cleary back but that wouldn't worry me if he made 90k in couple of weeks

Not a great trade unless there are amazing things you can do with that $100k.
Don't think Luai is a long term prospect either. Hopefully does well with Cleary out but after that will probably be passable at best. Just hoping for a one off big score to bump his price before selling.

I believe his last 3 scores at half without Cleary are 58 48 98
