Just traded in Hopoate, looking at trading in Clune. You must have about 40 trades left to be chasing all these short term options

More like I'm chasing guns as early as possible and going for quick cash grabs to do it. That said once I'm done with next week getting Cleary, I can then sit on my trades for a bit until the main cash cows start to peak (Luai, JTB, Rudolf, Mann etc.)

Clune and Clark firmly on the watchlist. Not sure if anyone wants to take a punt on them, but I think they're worth waiting a week on

    Clune = job security
Clark = job security + minutes

Would be hoping for a Dragons/Titans win and for neither to score a try and then swoop

Burton a trap, he'll lose his spot to Cleary most likely. Clark could be anything, we don't know what his minutes will be.

Clark could indeed be anything. One of those things is dropped for Peats or Rein

That's the plan for me, wait till next week and see what they do this week, while getting one more price rise out of Brailey and Lomax before moving them on.

Was discussing today with my mate who is a Knight's fan if Tex Hoy had done enough for the bench spot. Looks like O'Brien was on the same page, I assume he plays a similar role to Watson

I'd say he comes on at 6, Mann shifts to 9 to give Macca a rest
Don't know if he could play roving lock role in the middle

I have a cunning plan but I don't know which side of the madness/genius line it's on....

I was planning to bring in Tedesco, which meant a bit of jiggery-pokery with the rest of my team.
How about I bring him in for Taumalolo this week and then worry about getting 'Lolo back in 1-2 weeks when he's returning?

That way my cows all get 1-2 weeks extra to mature, and there may be other injuries etc. after this week.

.... it sounds good to me .... so what have I missed?

First game up, so can see if he comes into starting team in updated teams (is updated teams at viable time for you with timezone)
Will hold if starting, will possibly remove if not

As Roosters play first, think I'll come up with 2 sets of trades and then work out which one based on final team lists.

if Aubbs doesn't make the starting team I don't think I want to keep holding on to him without knowledge he'll come back

    First rein now peats.

Must be some serious attitude issues though because otherwise likes of he and Mary will quickly learn that throwing inferior players in, is rarely the answer

Will be surprised if Talakai keeps the bench spot ahead of Magoulias. I owned him back when he made his debut for Souths back in 2016 and he had feet for hands. Is also a very similar player to Sorensen, who seems to be preferred

    $462k in the bank.
Looking at trading out Lolo to make it happen, hope he either stays out a while or limited minutes on return.

If Taumalolo comes back next week, will you have the funds to bring him straight back?

Trades are a little tighter this year, so there isn't a lot of wiggle room to make luxury trades for 1-2 week injuries. you may regret it down the track when you have 0 trades left and fires to put out

Was Rein ever really that good in the first place. He only ever really started when Peats was injured. I don't think there are many other clubs where he'd get as many games as he got at the Titans.
Peats is more likely to find his way back into the team, but even if he does, how long will Clark be given to prove himself before Peats is allowed another crack
