That being said, maybe boot both of them for Clark and a gun 2rf.

All I know is as soon as I trade one of Pappy or Drinkwater they'll go large.

Papi can for sure go large but I'm not too sure about drinky, I wouldn't sell Papi just yet but Drinky can go for sure in my opinion

Keeper at CTR every year, playing at fullback, which is a higher scoring position. Has fallen in price massively the first few rounds due to starting the season unfit, which is now resolved.Welshy wrote:
Can you please explain to me how Mitchell is all of a sudden a cut priced keeper at FB?

Can average about the same I expect, once Cowboys have their full team back. For my team Drinkwater needs to offer HLF coverage for Moses and Cleary, which Papy doesn't offer.KingTeddy wrote:

If you want cash in the bank to get another gun a bit later, go Turbo this week. Up against the garbage tier Broncos, I'm backing him for a massive score, plus he averages over 50 when he's fit.
I’m sorry but you’ve mentioned it that much he’s bound to get a 20 now..

You do realise Latrell has played FB previously. Has a historical average there of 36.5 vs something well into around 45 when actually playing at CTR? You are trading a player already averaging higher there and has a higher historical average in that positionmattnz wrote:

You do realise that he was like 18/19 at the time? Now 22, fit and starting to come into his prime, like Ponga.Welshy wrote:

When did Mitchell last score 63 without a try?

It amazes me that people here keep thinking that players are going to have peaked in their fantasy scoring ability in their teens, Ponga, Haas, Mitchell. Mitchell in particular has so much upside compared to the lazy efforts we saw from him in the centers the last couple of years. Would have 6-8 touches a game and often score 70.

I wouldn’t be trading Papy out mate.mattnz wrote:

Looking at something like JMK and Papy out for Best and Mitchell, then loop the shit out of my CTRs and WFBs to catch the best scores.

For someone who has such vast fantasy know how, you wouldn’t expect them to quit mid way through seasons.mattnz wrote:

The issue for my side is that everyone else is performing and there are others that I want to bring in. Papy probably goes big at some stage, but could be waiting a long time losing value and points waiting for it to happen. I am backing Mitchell to do it over the next few weeks and find his feet at fullback. Will be scary when that happens.Rabbits21 wrote:

3616 to be exact mate, what about you?robelgordo wrote:
You must have 2-3 pts more than me overall. So you gained about 1800 spots this week and I lost about 1700 to get there!
I only have 112k spare currently though so don’t have the luxury of bringing in a Cook or Teddy for examples this week.
I’m trying to look at the value buys on players who could be cut priced keepers which is why I bought in MoFo this week just gone and took the gamble on Capewell at centre. My next gamble as of right now looks like it could be McCullough who comes in next.
If Teddy wasn’t out last week I’d have bought him in over Ponga. Can’t have Teddy now but that’s aye ok.

I can see why you’d bring Latrell in but I don’t think you should bring Best in as I think that ship has sailed by. I’d rather use the money on a McCullough for example or a RFM over Best.mattnz wrote:

entirely possible Mitchell becomes a keeper, but given his history with clocking off and given he scored poorly the first 3 rounds, i'd want a repeat performance before I even entertained the thought.

I think Mitchell has the potential to put up keeper scores for centre and might be at minimum price right now. I also think Papenhuysen has the potential to put up keeper scores for fullback and might be at minimum price right now.
I can see the sense in getting in Mitchell or getting in Best (for JMK in your case), but not both of them.
If you're making/wasting the trade so that you can engage in a too clever for its own good marginal looping strategy for a couple of weeks rather than build your best squad for the long term then you might be playing this game wrong.

I think he will score some tries over the next 5 weeks as Souths play Titans, Warriors, Panthers, Dogs and Tigers the next 5 weeks.surmo13 wrote:entirely possible Mitchell becomes a keeper, but given his history with clocking off and given he scored poorly the first 3 rounds, i'd want a repeat performance before I even entertained the thought.
I won’t be bringing him in though.
