Looks like I can do Levi and Brailey > Moses and HTF.

Leaves Mann in the squad for this week to hopefully see what happens there

    Thoughts?

Brailey to Gui is good, Pap to Turbo seems more sideways than forward.

I’m just short of getting Cleary in but can do DCE, but with Averillo. I know nothing about Averillo except he plays for the dogs so JS looks poor. Is it worth bringing him in?

I'd just live to go back in time a bit, and see the predictions people were making about Hopoate's cash generation. Several people were projecting multiple weeks of 40s and raking in the cash.

If you brought him in for R3, you've made $78k and I daresay that is not enough to justify a trade.

Similarly, it's a brave man to bring in Fuimaono this week expecting long term things out of him. He's a back rower available at CTR so he's tempting, but I'd be surprised if you got half a season out of him

Agree, I have Pappy and Turbo on the same tier.

    I've made worse trades.......Magoulias Embarassed

For the record, I wasn't projecting 45's for three weeks, that was mattnz. I would have been happy with high 30's to 40 for three weeks, or at least three weeks of 30's as a downside risk to make 100k. I don't think anyone could have seen Oates and Offa to the edge 2nd row coming ffs.

I was one of the people bringing in Hopoate in R3. In hindsight it's not the greatest use of trades, but there's been some mitigating circumstances with BEs being wild with massive scoring reducing price rises a little & random selections by Seibold (no-one could have predicted Oates & Ofa being preferred 2RFs 2 weeks ago). I definitely didn't suggest cash would be raked in, was expecting 3 * 40 + bench appearance for around 100-150k when he was looking like one of better cows before all these cows popped up

Interesting opinion on Fui, I kinda want to avoid him so I can easily get a gun next week

Yeah this Fui talk is surprising. I started SC with him because we have a million spots to fill, but wouldn't play or trade him in.

Would be a fluke if he stuck around and produced decent CTR scores imo.

I might just go B. Brailey to Best & loop S. Crichton vs Best with Wiliame.

If I'd told you just before round 1, that in round 5, Jamil Hopoate would not be starting for the Broncos, how surprised would you have been?

That's taking a bit out of context as it was known by R3 that Fifita was out 5-6 weeks & TPJ suspended until R6 so there looked to be open 2RF spot

Anyway still doesn't beat my Whitbread trade last year when I traded him I think R7 and then traded him out next round lol!
