I think having ‘Latrell Mitchell’ in your team as a previous gun is a decent look. Just ride the highs and lowsPonga Yeo the Mann wrote:

He has taken a pay cut to change clubs to play fullback. He had a short preseason and came out horribly unfit, with 4 runs in his first game at fullback. He will have the training team and Bennett working with him to become the top fullback that he sees himself as. Dont see lazy Mitchell back any time soon, he has a lot to prove and wants to be in the conversation of top fullbacks.Welshy wrote:
So where do these extra 5-7 runs a game come from? Latrell is a lazy cunt, he will have games where he is fully invested and make 15 runs, he most certainly will have games making 5

Trust your gut, and trust me that the position is a joke
Forwards in the centres is the way forward. We have one. Most have him already though in Capewell and one more has emerged, but his job security is shit in Fuimaiono and his team is shit and he is suiting up for his 3rd club and was never relevant previously.
Latrell is cheap for him and with upside. Get him
Best is free money and looks a unit. If enough cash, get him
The rookies are risky future trades waiting to happen but are massive enablers to upgrades elsewhere
Of those 3 things the final category interests me because it buys me improvements elsewhere. As long as you have some cover (eg Crichton in 18-21) then honestly just pick whoever your gut tells or
Whoever helps your team elsewhere.

Hey Guys,
I missed all of yesterday as I was moving house. Any injury/droppings/inclusions I need to know of? Sounds like everyones going cold on fui?
I will probably reverse my trades and wait till this afternoon.
Cheers

Koro
Hass Carrigan
Tolo Katoa Lucy
Moses Cleary
Wiliame Crichton
Papy Kennedy Drinky
Friend Grant Sua Yeo
Magoulias Paix Luai Rudolf
Anyone with a thought for this? Wiliame and Kennedy for Best/ Capewell plus HTF/ Talau could be an option. But for Ponga/ Tedesco I'd need to sell a Lucy or Friend who still have lowish be and points to earn

Exactly my thoughts this week, bringing in both Mitchell and Best (also lost 2 WFBs this week so needed to replace them)GreenMachine wrote:

That though is complete speculation and conjecture, he can be that he wants can Latrell, has had the talent to be best player in league since he made his debut. But to this point he hasn’t and part of it is because he is a lazy cunt. There is no way he will make the tough runs like Tedesco or RTS does all game. What we know is his fantasy pedigree playing CTR with GK and a smaller sample as a youngster playing FB.mattnz wrote:

Latrell has just as much chance of packing in league completely than becoming a top 5 player IMO

I decided to lock in first trade of Kennedy>Tonumaipea
If Taumalolo plays I bank the second trade, if he doesn't I'll go Mann>Matterson

To me the upside is worth it. If he picks up the work rate (as we are seeing him doing progressively each round this season), and starts playing to his potential, he can be as good as Ponga and Teddy in Fantasy.Welshy wrote:

Season bet. If Latrell can get within 5 points of Tedescos average you get my avatar. If he doesn’t. I get yoursmattnz wrote:

Edit. And to clarify I mean get to pick yours and you mine.

Sometimes you've just gotta risk it to get the biscuit! I don't see a point in getting Best if you're outside the top 1k anyway. Boring trade ins are just going to net you the same result as the thousand people above you.

Any opinion on what centre I should bring in. Can afford anyone basically. 20 trades left. But need a fit centre this week
Best is one of about 15 players that I think can land somewhere between 35-40 at centre. If you need one to play this week he is as good an option as any of them. But ignore the low break even, whoever you trade in should be treated as a keeper. If you had 2 playable centres I wouldn't go near Best.
I would personally just grab Averillo as a cash out that can give 20 odd points a week until a keeper centre emerges. Give me Averillo+260k at 20 points over Best with 40 points

I actually prefer Hoppa. Only thing that sways me to Latrell, and tin foil hat here, Latrell more likely to be a scorer favorite, Hoppa more likely to be dudded.
