Whilst we are talking about Centres. I made the gamble of getting Fuimaono for Aekins in for round 2 to fund a Ese'ese trade to Horsburgh.
He then scored 69 points in 75 minutes.

I'm expecting 45's because he can break tackles and hopefully have him for 3 games. If that happens he makes $150K until he is upgraded to a keeper centre or fullback.
A great stop gap in my eyes especially if you can't afford Best and can't decide on who is a keeper.

Also, on centres, why the f*** are so many people down on Lomax. Averaging 42.8, 4th highest average behind only Capewell, Aubusson and Best (whom have all only played 2 games). This makes Lomax the centre with the most total points. This is all while only having scored 8 goals in 4 games. I wish I started with him.

I would personally just grab Averillo as a cash out that can give 20 odd points a week until a keeper centre emerges. Give me Averillo+260k at 20 points over Best with 40 points

Decided last night this was an legitimate option, and convinced myself this morning.

Teddy + Averillo locked in*. If the latter averages 20 I think it's worth it until a better cow or keeper emerges, even if it looks horrible having 15-25 scores in your starting team.

It's a shame Young T isn't a CTR already, when he gets DPP will be too late for me.

I guess that's true. DCE's BE is 53 so Mann will more than likely make more money than DCE will. Maybe I just to Kennedy > Cow for the cash grab this week and bolster up with guns next week.

If Mann is confirmed starting before the cows play I might need to go Drinky --> Best and miss Latrell.

Just come around to liking my trades and now I’m heading back to getting Teddy and Averillo and zero bank

Hahaha I thought that was your trade

My other option was Hoppa in, and probably just a cow and some bank.

Currently on because of uncertainty on Taumalolo
Mann - Fotu and swap Carrigan into 2RF. Lolo 18 and Williame 17 (Rudolph points if no Lolo)
    Shiba - Talau/Averillo

    Yeah all sound advice

Has anyone done a $ vs points analysis? I’ve seen it done in FPL where you can strip down points for players to get their true value and help balance your squad

In this example how many points is 260k worth? Rudolf to mofo for example is likely a 15-20 point boost this year

Isn't that basically all we do? The MN gives you the answer there. If MN is say 14000 someone priced at 280k is worth 20 points. If you think they'll score 30+= winning. Very Happy

Titans, Warriors, Panthers, Bulldogs, Tigers, Knights. If Latrell is ever gonna get off his arse and prove to everyone he's a fullback this is the time he will do it. Having a good game against Storm (despite losing) is a huge boost to his confidence. Gotta back him. You can keep Best. Last time I traded in someone based on previous scores it was Mbye after his 101 instead of Matto at like 470k. Next game Mbye got HIAed and got a -1, scored like 30s ever since, and Matto became a gun

I think I might go Mann > DCE and Kennedy > HTF/Clune/Fogarty. This would leave me enough bank to go Wiliame > Cow and Rudolf/Luai > 690-720K player next week.

    Leaning towards HTF this week
    definitely prefer those trades.

I am picking up Radley in my WAGs team. His role seems to have changed with the new rules and he looks more like a ball playing lock rather than a tackle bot.
