Then a couple of borderline that would be luxury upgrades like Drinkwater and Leilua. That leaves me 20 trades left to cover injuries and get 6 more keepers+a decent 18th man

Assuming about 6 of those go for injuries over that season that leaves exactly enough for one downgrade per upgrade. Going to take more than 1 to get the likes of Haas, Bateman, DCE so already a little short. Then you consider that in an ideal world I would want to turn Koroisau and Friend into twin Cams, grab Teddy and Ponga at fullback, things are already very very tight. With all these free flowing trades we are going to see some final teams that are much less than ideal
