Was looking good for on restart when I got 1000 with 16 players but just gone backwards and backwards since then

Yep last week got over 1k now this haha. Twal has gotta go now too, probably for mofo who is already miles more expensive that what others got him for. Great

But still far less than the scores he is producing mate

Thought I'd ask a question first before ranting haha. Who are the fantasy relevant guys that look to miss gsme time due to mrp or injuries?

First day of socialising in months meant I watched none of the footy. Spent an hour or two going through like 40 pages of the forum. Man I love this place but it was an absolute life saver trying to figure out what the hell happened with all the carnage yesterday!

If teddy misses next week then has a quiet one against the storm, it'll be really good for the comp imo (fantasy wise). Will give us non teddy owners a chance to catch up. Going off the comments the hit seemed bad but hoping it was more a physical pain thing rather than concussion?

One thing I've noticed this season is I'm sick of having players with uncertain roles. Kennedy owners being worried moylans in the reserves, aubs owners not knowing if he's a reserve, bench player or starting 2rf etc. Think that'll be a key factor when I'm making my decisions for the next few weeks. Go with the safer bet in terms of job security and predictability even if it means being less ballsy than I'd like to be.

Positives for this week have been latrell and smat in the centres. Traded latrell in last week and smat this week. And cleary doing well and moses having a quiet one feels good too.

imo robbo isn’t gonna play teddy against the dragons. We only rested teddy last year post origin because we had 2nd place locked up. Robbo is gonna gun for 1st/2nd/3rd this year due to their poor start, so don’t expected teddy to be rested like last year unless it’s the last 3 rounds and their spot in the top 3 is secured. No origin helps

I would assumed so. They were making judgement calls on who got what last year. Hopefully CM9 gets 2rf so I can cover a Katoa injury lol

Fantasy relevant players with question marks that I can think of:

Mann - Subbed after 60 for precaution? Might be Tevaga from last year and keep playing injured and scoring well.

Twal - Suspected MCL.

Musgrove - For some reason he's here.

Teddy - Knocked unconscious for a short time.

Friend - Copped a headknock but stayed on, keep an eye on.

Judiciary:
Luai - NRL says he can "afford" a ban if pleading guilty, think they mean avoid.
Carrigan - 1 week if entering early guilty plea.

Oh and Staggs - Grade 2 hammie tear

Luai has peaked now, tentative plan is Luai>Herbie next week and see what I can do with the cash.
Mann to DCE will be might tempting as second trade

Yes and no. I’m the same (16) and I really would like to have a few more up my sleeve - I probably didn’t need to go Drinkwater —> Pearce this weekend.

But the other way of looking at it - everyone is the same and a lot of people also ran out last years.

I didn’t have 16 trades with 14 rounds last year. So after R12. I think from memory I had 14 left and still another bye week to contend with. I don’t think many would’ve been that different.

very good teams had players like CNK, Mahoney and Staggs as “keepers”. Not that different from holding Horse or Lucy across the season

18 trades left for me and still feel like I will be short of where I want to end up
Almost definitely going to have Taupau in the 17 after his price drop, RTS almost definitely in my WFB

There is speculation that Nathan Brown could be a front runner for warriors coach after consulting with the club recently. Hope they are wrong, wouldn’t be happy. Need someone with a record of success.
Todd Payten will be the interim coach.

Could the Warriors attract someone with a record of success?

They feel like a Bournemouth in the EPL. Need to find a good young coach and give them a chance to build.
