Do we get to choose which years averages we keep? That would be nice

Been burned a few times by SMat. He’s never been a big time edge tackler like a Matterson and loves demerits so there will be low scores. Currently priced around 40 which is a point above his long term back row average. so he’s a top CTR option if he stays on the field

Anyone else find themselves trying the same trades they already tried earlier but the cash didn't work out?

I thought I'd cracked it about 3 times in the last 20 minutes thinking ooh I could just do Kennedy & Paix to Talau & RFM! But unsurprisingly I'm 20k short just like I was 20mins ago Yikes

I didnt see Talau was named this week. Prob change my trade. I'm not sure on either. Just looking for a cheap vtr cover for my emergency to free up cash. Either will do. Who has the better job security?

You never know when a week like this will happen

The loopers running a couple of NPR's would be hurting too or anyone who gambled hard to bring in keepers early with questionable cash outs. Throw in some bad luck and you have this apocalypse

The sword cuts both ways when deciding to hold or sell the likes of Williame,Kennedy etc
Sometimes they return a few weeks later and you kick yourself for not keeping (Shibasaki,Wakeham) but given the size of the bench it is always risky

Down 5 players but Twal + a decent bank should let me plug the gaps.
Have to sit down and think with next week trades in mind too (as it may be better to go 4 middies now for depth vs 2 guns + 2 cows)

Definitely interesting and given how similar teams, no byes and how tight the overall ladder is, this week will definitely shake things up

Love this. Also have 5 red dots and relishing the challenge and opportunity!

Matto played out the 2018 season and all of last season without issue, whilst also being a SR gun. Don't think the two are even close to comparable.

Really wanted to bring in Ponga this week but Katoa out too means I’ll be playing with 16 if I don’t buy a 2RF. Should I go straight to the top of the pile with Matterson? Only have 864k so I can’t afford Lolo. Other trade is Paix to Niu

Donkeys been talked to death, but Niu and Herbie? Herbie likely to get shunted out of side or to wing soon isn’t he? Niu long time fullback option?

My calcs told me I was $1k off Niu + Lolo in, so I tried to do it on the site, just in case my original maths was wrong

Love this sort of work mate! I hate the doomsayers moaning about rank and the giving up mid season, so annoying! Just dig in. Always a chance, maybe not to win but to finish as high as possible as always.

Yep, always a challenge. Can't win the thing? How about winning your NRL teams comp? No, how about top 100, or your personal best, or avoiding your personal worst? Or winning your h2h comp etc etc. Or even just being able to say, well at rd 10 I was 15,000th and managed to finish in the top 5000 or whatever. Hook in friends!

Niu has a big BE, and will almost certainly still be $212k next week

Unless you need him for cash this week, its going to be Ok to wait.

I would be mildly suprised if he starts at fullback every week for the rest of the year
