This confirmation increases my like of Aloiai as a cheaper upgrade to Katoa, now that he's moved from hold to a sell for me. Avg 55 since COVID, you'd think he at least maintains it in the next 3-4 weeks with Twal out. Has DPP too.

I'm looking at Mitchell/Aloiai or Hoppa/Jurbo I think. Both come up around the same in cost.

I am going to pretend he is Brailey and swap him for DCE/Cleary (coin toss) this week so I can fool myself that I actually managed to follow through with one of my planned trades

Erin Clark was looming as a nice money maker, isn't injured by the looks.

Nah just dropped by the looks. They mentioned that also on the NRL Fantasy podcast.

Anyone else considering holding Twal if he's only out for 3 weeks?

Not enough trades going around and he's one of the best scorers available, and now DPP

Hoping Rudolf gets a bit closer to his $ over that time so I can trade him in

Think I might just spend up and get DCE+Cleary and play with 16 this week (Trade out Katoa+Twal)
Was playing around with getting Pearce/Wakeham/Flanagan to allow me to grab tedesco + might just go top dollar here in the halves.
Could grab Mofo at FRF and folau this week to give me a playing 17 but would have 700k sitting in the bank so undecided

As I would be playing Fogarty + Mann regardless it is basically this week
    DCE+Cleary vs Luai+HTF+Talau

Team would be at full strength

    Koroisau
    Haas Rudolf
    Yeo Matterson Murray
    DCE Cleary
    Best Crichton
    Ponga Papenhuyzen Drinkwater

    Grant McCullough Carrigan Mann

    Fogarty Luai Paix Tabuai-Fidow

    ________________________

Assuming people pull up well next week grab Talau and Niu (Paix + Luai out) next week leaving me a bank of 300k for a Rudolf upgrade

Yeah running through the options now, may mean playing 16 this week to keep him though

Katoa being gone for 3 weeks simplifies things nicely for me so I can go Luai and Katoa out, Averillo and Fotuaika in

    Koro
    Haas Mofo
    Lolo Murray Arrow
    DCE Mann
    Avo Talau
    Lomax Ponga Pap (c)

    Grant Rudolf JTB Fogarty
    Crichton Paix Carrigan HTF

4-6 more trade outs into guns with 14 trades so I'm actually sitting decently

I thought about Aloiai but a couple of those games he had tries to just get to mid 50s so not sure if 55 is sustainable. Maybe while twal is out but what after Twal returns? You going to trade him out or will he be a keeper?

I'm playing 16 regardless of whether he stays or not - so it ends up being a 2 week hold for me - not counting this week

BE of 61 which he can beat comfortably, assuming he's back to his usual role when he's back, so price will stay steady so won't get any cheaper

edit: already played with 16 multiple times this year (shiba out, capewell injury, wiliame injury) so nothing new Laughing

Considering it. Means playing two of Luai, HTF or talau this week and missing on mofo.

Doubt he comes back playing 80 minutes immediately. Likely takes 2-3 weeks getting back up to speed.
